TCO from Europe wrote and asked NCAA if they know Air Peace, and NCAA (my own Country) denied us.

The Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace, Allen Onyema, has disclosed that the lunch of Air Peace's direct flights from Lagos to London was delayed by the federal government of Nigeria for many years. Allen Onyema made this known during an interview with some journalists on Arise Television. During the interview, Allen Onyema said, "the TCO organization from Europe wrote the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority and asked if they know Air Peace and its destination and my country (Nigeria) denied us.
The Federal Ministry of Aviation were the ones that designated the travel routes to us. We got designation from the federal government and the NCAA which is also under the federal government, told us that we should not make any application towards going into the United Kingdom.

"Meanwhile, NCAA gave us (Air Peace) the go ahead to go to China and India. China is 13 hours going to Guangzhou and 14 hours coming back, while India is 12 hours while going and 13 hours coming back, yet you (NCAA) did not find Air Peace worthy to go into the United Kingdom which is 6 hours

A full fledged man won the best female dresser of an event yesterday. This is the most despi and highly reprehensi # act ever in the history of the entertainment industry in Nigeria. We endorse impu # and high level dose of crimina yet we keep blaming the government. This is an insult to the normal people living in Nigeria. The truth is that the vast majority of Nigerians are supporters of ev. practices and that is why people like Bobrisky ,James Brown etc still have millions of followers. Why is it that Amanda Chisom still has millions of followers despite all the trolls against her? Who are the people following them? Spirits? We are simply not ready for change in this country. I feel for the younger boys and girls who would think that this is a way of life. The other day Blessingceo came out to rubbish the marriage institution in the mud and people still follow her. We are not ready for change. The truth is that God gives people leaders they deserve and not leaders they want. We are not ready for change.

Igbo language? In case you didn't know, Igbo language is the only complete language in the world 🌍! The only language you can bend to sound like other languages.

Why did I say it is the only complete language? It has all the rare sounds like gw, ny, kw, gh, gb,... Then most interestingly, ñ. No other languages have ñ. This is the reason why it is only the Igbo man that can twist his tongue to speak any other languages of the world correctly at first attempt.

WHAT TO DO AS A TENANT IF YOUR LANDLORD SELL THE HOUSE YOU ARE CURRENTLY LIVING IN.

First, you need to know that It is the right of the Landlord to sell his property whenever he chooses to do so.
It does not matter whether or not there are tenants in the property and It does not matter that they just renewed their tenancy or they are long-term tenants in the property.

He also does not need the permission of the tenants to sell his property.

While the landlord can sell at anytime, the New Buyer or the New Landlord cannot take possession at anytime just like that.
There are laws that govern the process for taking possession of a new property that have tenants staying there.

The sale of the property does not confer on the New landlord or the new owner the right to forcibly eject any tenant from the property.

The Rent you paid to the former Landlord still runs and can't be terminated by the New Landlord for any reason.

At the expiration of your rent, You are entitled to 6 months Notice to Quit.

The New owner does not have the right to start breaking down the building or part of it, in order to inconvenient the tenants.

The New owner does not have right to intimidate you or abuse you verbally for any reason.

The new owner does not have the right to Physically assault you or bring some thugs to threaten you to pack out.

If the New owner or Landlord, Goes against any of this law stated above.

Feel free as a Tenant to Arrest the New Landlord and charge him to Court immediately

Let him come and tell the court who gave him the power to go against the law because he just buy new house.

Another case scenario are questions like

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE PACKING OF THE SOAK AWAY

THE LANDLORD OR THE TENANT'S?

This is a question that many people have sent to my inbox and i want to address it now, once and for all.

Under the Law, The landlord is expected to make sure that the property is in a habitable state for tenants to live in and The landlord also has the responsibility of ensuring that basic amenities are available and in order for tenants use.

Soak away is one of the Basic Amenities of the the Landlord's Property, so therefore it is the Landlord's responsibility to make sure it is in good condition.

Either the Landlord stays in the compound or not.
The law does not care.

And refusal of the Landlord to put the Soak Away in order gives the Tenant the right to file a Suit against the Landlord to return the money they paid for Rent.

If the Landlord is found Guilty of the allegations , the Court will order him to return the tenants Rent in full

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse


This also apply to repair of the house or fixing water pumping machine
