NDLink hosts training on leveraging Wikipedia for Non-profit causes.
We’re thrilled to have hosted an impactful training on leveraging Wikipedia for non-profit advocacy in partnership with passionate NGOs and CSOs working in the Niger Delta!
The session brought together representatives from notable organizations, including SDN , Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta - PIND , Partners 4 Peace Kebetkache Women Dev. & Resource Centre , among others.
Participants gained valuable insights into Wikipedia’s policies, strategies for crafting impactful articles, and practical editing skills to amplify the Niger Delta’s rich culture, history, and development stories.
This training was a step toward enhancing the visibility of our region’s efforts and empowering organizations with tools to advocate effectively. Together, we’re building a brighter, more visible future for the Niger Delta! 🌍✨
