A STORY YOU MUST READ, THINK ON AND PRACTICE.

In England in 1920 there was a graduation ceremony for a batch of new doctors. It was attended by the British Prime Minister of that time.

During the ceremony, the head doctor who was in charge of that batch, gave the necessary advice to these new graduates.
He told them the following incident which happened with him sometimes back👉🏽:

"It was after midnight, and I heard a knock on my door - It was an old lady, and she said to me: 'O my doctor, my child is sick and in a very serious condition, so please do something to save him.

I rushed out to follow her to her house without worrying what will happen despite that it was a stormy and very cold night. The rain was pouring down very heavily yet, I did not fear for my life.

Her house was on the outskirts of London, and after a difficult journey, we reached her house; she lived in a small room with her son. When I entered the room, I saw her son at the corner of this room groaning and deeply in pain.

After I did my duty towards the sick child, the mother gave me a small bag with money.
I refused to take this bag and I told her gently that I can't accept that payment, because I felt sorry for their situation.
Then, I promised her that I will take care of her child until he gets better."

The head doctor continued in his speech by saying: "This is the true profession of medicine, and being a doctor is the closest profession to mercy and one of the closest to God"

As soon as the head doctor finished his speech, the Prime Minister jumped out of his seat and headed to the podium. "Permit me Sir, to kiss your hand.
For twenty years now and I have been looking for you. I am the child you mentioned in your story just now.

Oh, my mother will be happy now and she will rest in peace. Her only wish was for me to find you and to reward you, for that goodness you did for us at the time we were living in poverty."

That poor child who became the Prime Minister of England was *"Lloyd George".

Plant goodness wherever you go, even if it is not on your place. Because it will never get lost wherever you will plant it.* It is even more nice if your goodness lasts longer because no one shall harvest that goodness except the one who has planted it.

Doing goodness to others will always purify your heart, and it will fight any kind of evil which comes your way.

The owner of goodness does not fall, even if he falls he will fall on a pillow to comfort and support him.

May God Make us among the people who always do good to others.

Please, go outside there and impact lives POSITIVELY!

Always REMEMBER that, "Those who destroyed others to succeed will surely meet destruction at the Gate of their own success."

The 2023 presidential candidate of the
Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi has mourned
the death of the two prominent political
leaders: the governor of Ondo State, Gov.
Rotimi Akeredolu, and the Former Speaker
of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ghali
Umar Na'Abba, who died today morning,
Wednesday, December 27th.
Mr Obi revealed that prior to Akeredolu's
death, he had been discussing issues about
Nigeria with him.
Obi also revealed that he had met Na'Abba
who served as Speaker on several
Occasions and had always discussed the
problems of Nigeria with him too.
In his words: "| have just received the sad
news of the death of two prominent political
leaders, the governor of Ondo State, Gov.
Rotimi Akeredolu, and the Former Speaker
of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ghali
Umar NaAbba.

UNEXPECTED

OLADIPUPO OLADIMEJI, popularly known as
OLADIPS was a Nigerian rapper, song writer
and a performing artist from Ogun State.
His death, announced on Wednesday, threw
colleagues and fans into mourning.
Here are somethings to know about Oladips:

• He was born on March 24, 1995.
• He was a Nigerian rapper, song writer and
a performing artist.
• He started music in the year 2012 with his
first mic -appearance on 'SUCCESSFUL' (a
Drake Ft. Trey Songz cover).
• The Ajala travel crooner, came tolimelight
after winning D'banj's 'King is here'
competition and later got signed to rapper
Reminisce' record label, Edge Records.
• He was best known for his hit singles
Ajala, Mainland 2 Island ft Zlatan, and
Lalakukulala ft Reminisce.
• In 2019 he parted ways with Reminisce's
record label.
• On October 6, 2023, he released his new
single titled, Die Young
• Oladips had collaborated with several
artistes including CDQ, Zlatan, the late
Mohbad, Reminisce, T-classic amongst
others.
• He died on November 14, 2023
at the age of 28.

On November 15, 2023, news broke out about the untimely passing of indigenous Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, better known as Oladips.

The news was confirmed by the singer’s management on his official Instagram page.

The statement read:

“We are saddened to inform the general public that OLADIPUPO OLABODE OLADIMEJI, aka OLADIPS, passed away yesterday. November 14th, Tuesday evening, at exactly 10:14 p.m. We are still in shock as we speak! For over 2 years, he has kept his battles within himself. His body is now with his family, and funeral services will be announced as soon as they are concluded! The family asked that we respect their privacy in this trying time. May God give us all the fortitude to bear this great loss. Amen!”

Maintain relationships with people

It is childish and immature to pick offence at every provocation or perceived wrong and then start keeping grudges as a result.

Grow above it.

Someone did not invite you for their celebration (s), you pick offence with them.

Someone didn't wish you happy birthday, you pick offence with the person

They didn't like your facebook post, you pick offence.

They didn't support you in a disagreement you had with someone, you pick offence with them.

They are junior and they have the audacity to talk or oppose your opinion. You pick offence with them.

They said NO to your request, you pick offence and malice starts.

You asked them for money, they said they didn't have it, you pick offence with them.

You are even keeping a record of people who came around when you were grieved, so you can know who to pick offence with.

See!!!

Everyone has battles you are not aware of.

Those who you need help from are also looking for help.

Not everything is Personal and intentional.

Not everyone hates you and never hate anyone.

Sometimes, people are just caught up with their own lives, struggles, human weaknesses and limitations.

Learn how to manage being disappointed by people and still be on talking terms with them. It will save you a lot of UNNECESSARY grudges and save you some Friendships you may need in future.

Grow above offences.
