Resign immediately or face dismissal - Fubara to Wike approved commissioners

Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State has allegedly issued a stern ultimatum to all commissioners approved by FCT minister, Emperor Nysome Wike, to resign by Friday 15th December or face immediate dismissal by Monday, December 18th, 2023 So far over 10 of the Commissioners have resigned their appointment.

BREAKING!!! Biafra : Supreme Court Upholds Treasonable Charges Against Nnamdi Kanu |

The Supreme Court on Friday upheld the treasonable charge against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

Kanu has been in the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, since he was re-arrested in 2021.

Recall that the Appeal Court on October 13 last year, discharged Nnamdi Kanu following his extraordinary rendition from Kenya.

The Apex Court set aside the judgement of the Appeal Court and held that the IPoB leader should continue with his trial.

Although, the Supreme Court acknowledged that the bail of Mazi Nnamdi kanu ought not to have been revoked.

The Supreme Court also maintained that the invasion of Nnamdi Kanu's home by the Nigerian Army on the 14th of September 2017 was Illegal. Yet it maintained that Mr Kanu is liable and eligible to stand trial.

Animals In A*o Rock Get N201.4 million Feeding Allowance |

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima will spend N10.13 billion on meals and travels, according to the details of the 2024 budget proposal.

The N27.5trn budget proposal is being scrutinized by the National Assembly.

The budget has a total aggregate revenue projection of N18.32 trillion and a deficit of N9.18 trillion (3.88 per cent of GDP). The fiscal document proposes capital expenditure of N8.7trn and recurrent, N18.51trn.

Travels

According to the budget proposal, Tinubu will spend N638.5m on local trips and N6.9 billion on foreign trips, totaling N7.6 billion.
Shettima’s travels will gulp N1.8 billion out of which N618.4 million is for local journeys and N1.2 billion for international trips.
Feeding

Feeding, titled ‘refreshment & meal and foodstuff for the offices of Tinubu and Shettima’ was allocated N660.5m. Of this amount, N287.8 million is for the president’s office and N372.6 million for the VP’s office.

Further breakdown of the budget proposal shows that refreshments and meals for the president will gulp N33.6 million and another N254.2 million for foodstuff/catering materials supplies.

The vice president will spend N35 million on refreshments/meals and N337.5 million on foodstuff/catering materials supplies.

A*o Rock zoo

The fiscal document also shows that the feeding of the animals at the A*o Rock’s zoo, tagged “wildlife conservation”, will gulp N201.4 million.

My wife is fond of using her phone till the battery runs low and then I’m always the one charging it for her.

Every night before we go to bed, as I’m plugging mine, I’ll plug hers too. It now became my responsibility to charge her phone battery for her every night.

I got tired of reminding her as she’ll always tell me to charge it for her, I decided to teach her a lesson.

One night I plugged mine and left her own unplugged and the next morning when they seized power her battery was flat. She was now upset at me, asking me why I didn’t charge her phone when I charged mine.

I asked her if I’m her designated charger or PA or if she’s paying me to charge her phone for her. If you don’t remember to charge your phone then leave it. When the battery goes flat you will remember.

She smiled at me and didn’t say anything. That will teach her, I smiled to myself.

The following day, after preparing for work, I couldn't find my belongings, my pair of stockings, belt, wallet, and even my car keys, and when I went to ask her, she asked me if she’s my PA, or my designated house help and if I can’t remember where I kept them, I should stay at home.

I went to work very late that day and had to wear something else, thankfully I later found my car keys under the couch where I threw them the previous day

That night, as I charged my phone, I did the same for hers too. The next morning, after I dressed up and was ready to go to work, my things were all organized and arranged. My stockings and belt were on the couch, and my wallet and car keys were on the table in the sitting room.

I learned a valuable lesson that day. Team work makes the dream work.

ONGOING DEMOLITION OF IGBOS HOUSES

The Lagos State Government is demonstrating the worst inhuman act by demolishing house's belonging to Igbos, they have committed this gruesome evil without considering the owners identity, ignoring if you're a South South person bearing an Igbo name or a South Easterner, as long as your name sounds relatively as that of Igbo your house or business will go down without any compensation.

Don't forget that these Igbos had initially acquired permission for their constructions from the Lagos State Government itself and they got approval to build it.

This is not the first time the yoruba's have fought the Igbos, during the civil war it was the yoruba's soldiers that were used to commit the various genocide on Igbo speaking people, communities were raised down, they did it with no regards for humanity, killing the helpless children, pregnant women and the elderly ones only to get back at the Igbos for being too populated and wealthy. 65 years after, they still haven't stopped this hate on Ndi-Igbo.

Today the Yoruba man is committing this crime to further reduce the economic strength of an Igbo man and everyone including the media is not talking about it because they've all been compromised.

Those who listened to the circulated audio of the present vice president Shatima telling his Oyo Yoruba friend that Igbos will be brought down to make them economically irrelevant can now see how they have started executing their plan on Igbos.

Yoruba's should know that their actions will certainly be reciprocated some day. There's a saying that "what is good for the goose is good for the gander" they're now setting a precedent that will continue, never in our history shall we forget their actions on the IGB0 NATION.

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the last general elections, Peter Obi, has joined his alma mater, Christ the King College in Onitsha, to celebrate its 90th Founders Day .

The former Anambra State governor shared this in a post on his X handle on Sunday, November 26, stating that the college has stood as a beacon of discipline, knowledge, moral integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Obi's tweet read, "The College has, since its inception, produced the first two Nigerian Cardinals of the Catholic Church, several bishops, both catholic and Anglican, four supreme court justices and other judges; three governors; many respected senior advocates of Nigeria and legal luminaries; respected academicians, captains of industries and many men of high value in society.

"I wish to express my profound gratitude to the founding fathers, the pioneer teachers, the previous and current School Management, and all those who have dedicated themselves to the noble cause of education at Christ The King College over the years.

"Their tireless efforts have set the College on a path of continuous growth, academic distinction, and moral uprightness.

LABOUR PARTY REJECTS THE PEPC JUDGEMENT

The Labour Party watched with dismay and trepidation the dismissal of petitions by the five-man panel of the Presidential Election Petition Court led by Justice Haruna Tsammani today and we reject the outcome of the judgment in its entirety because justice was not served and it did not reflect the law and the desire of the people.

Nigerians were witnesses to the electoral robbery that took place on February 25, 2023, which was globally condemned but the Tribunal in its wisdom refused to accept the obvious. What is at stake is democracy and we will not relent until the people will prevail.

We salute the doggedness of our team of lawyers who fearlessly exposed the wrath in our system. We can only weep for democracy in Nigeria but we refuse to give up on Nigeria.

He lost constitutional immunity years ago. As an opposition ex Governor, he has not been invited by EFCC, ICPC, NFIU, DSS or any other criminal investigating agency.

He doesn’t have any court injunction barring these agencies from investigation or prosecuting him.

The decision to not make your relationship with God intentional.

You'll keep changing relationship like diaper.
The marriage will still fail.

You can have the right person and ruin the relationship. Some people feel that having such a great person is all it takes to make a marriage work. No matter how right someone is for you, if you lack maturity, you'll destroy it. Marriage is work even with the right person.

What God has joined together can still be assundered by your wrong decisions coupled with your stubbornness.

Stubbornness to apologise.
Stubbornness to take correction.
Stubbornness to make peace.
Stubbornness to win an argument at the cost of the other person's peace.
Stubbornness to work on yourself.
Stubbornness to make efforts to change.

Stubbornness can upset the plans of God for your marriage, gross stubbornness.

Many times it is not that you're unlucky in a relationship, it is because you don't know a good thing when you see one.

Many times there are no witches or village people anywhere chasing the joy in your marriage, the evil Spirit is you, yourself and yours.
