Episode- eleven.

“How long are we going to wait for her huh?. . . Who did she think she is to make everyone wait for her this long?” Olivia muttered angrily but no one replied her, even though most of them weren’t happy they still kept calm and waited for Winnie to arrived.

I had muster all the whole courage in the world to carry out this job to the best of my knowledge and from the little I saw about Winnie’s personality I think she’s someone who doesn’t care of what people think about her, at least from her baby picture she still poses herself as the bosslady notwithstanding that she was still little and that’s exactly what I did.

Coming down the stairs I could feel a whole lot of gaze on me and raising my brows at the table. I was momentarily Stunned at the crowd of people there. I thought Mrs Brown said it’s only my family but then who are these strange faces?

“Damn! Wonderful! Winnie you’re looking heavenly! I always knew that you will become more beautiful when you grow up and you didn’t disappoint me at all”

DAISY

Chapter 2

Daisy ran outside immediately she noticed blood was coming out from her nose, she held her nose and ran out
She thought about going to spend the night at Aria's lodge but waved if off thinking Aria will mock her
Aria has always loved and stood by her despite all the maltreatment she do recieve from Daisy because she came from a poor background Daisy was the one who fed her sometimes and insult her to stupor

She was still standing when the gate opened, Aria entered running to hug her Daisy asked her to stop

I am a mother that wishes my son never gets married, it was so painful, so heartbreaking and it was as if I was becoming a threat. Will you blame me a poor mother, whose son was her only hope?. I should've been the happiest woman on heart for my son, a great barrister known everywhere. Far and wide and even near, but my fear wouldn't let me, but please don't blame me and judge me.

Shouldn't I be happy for my son's happiest day and moment? You may call me a wicjed mother that hates her son's happiness.
No doubt and I will accept whatever witchcraft you call me. But I'm just a mother who's scared.

I have two children, a boy and a girl and I'm just a poor widow, I sold virtually all my valuables to see my two children through school. Because I knew if they're graduates,my problems will be over very soon.

But my daughter got married after school, after two years, she was unable to conceived. I literally become the witch mother that eats her children, meanwhile I couldn't stop praying for her even in my pains.

My son traveled abroad for his job, he stay a year and 8 months, only God knows how much I've missed my son. My daughter hates me and turned against me for no reason. Immediately she got married to a rich man from a wealthy home. And that has always been my prayer everyday amidst tears for her. I was the most wicked, witchcraft and anything bad you may think of. That was how she saw me and called me.

She abandoned me and forced her husband not to take care of me, I cried in pains and regret for all I went through for her. My son is my husband, my only source of joy, hope and life, asides God in heaven. He came and i became alive,he refused to go back abroad to become a citizen there eventually. Even after all the plead from his senior white surgeon to bring me with him, he refused.

She smiled broadly at her as soon as she entered the bedroom and joined her cousin on the bed

“And why are you smiling?” Salmah asked her.

He still recalled the look on Abdus Samad face when he broke the news to him about the new apartment he paid for.

“A new apartment?” Abdus Salam asked him to be sure he heard correctly and his brother nodded eagerly.

“Yes, we have been here for a long time and I think our stay is long over due, things will get a lot better henceforth ins Sha Allah.” Abdus Samad said.

“Are you sure bro? The house rent?”

“Come on, I am working now …I know the pay isn’t much but we will surely manage, you will be going for service in two weeks, do you want to return to this place? Let us move, everything will be fine ins Sha Allah.” Abdus Samad explained and without further argument, Abdus Salam went with his elder brother the next morning to check the apartment out, it was a two bedroom flat ensuite and part of him know there is no way his brother could afford to pay the rent for the flat but he just do not want to press further, he saw he how excited he was and he just didn’t want to send a wrong signal to his brother, after all he had always been a hardworking young man.

Chapter 2

Nancy was still forcing herself to sleep when her aunt tapped her Nancy sat up looking at her with sleepy eyes

This is 4 o'clock, won't my children go to school? Will you get up from there now.. Jacinta commanded

Nancy didn't want to question her but did as she was told, she folded her mat and wrapper then left for the kitchen
She washed all the dirty dishes then went to the parlour to ask her aunt what she was going to do next

Does it mean Ruth didn't teach you all these, she didn't teach you how to prepare your younger ones for school right? Oh I see.. go in there check if the left over will be enough for them if it won't be enough prepare jollof rice immediately and lastly be fast because my children don't go to school late.. she said and focused on her laptop

Olivia had a huge smile on her face when she caught sight of her younger sister coming forward with a big poly bag in her hands.

"Oh Isabella I never knew you would come to my rescue so early ."

Nancy had travelled to live with her aunt,her mother's younger sister she had always wanted to live with her aunt Jacinta having the impression that her aunt would treat her better than her mum not knowing that she is beast
Jacinta had always wanted Nancy to come stay with her so she could take care of her children while she (Jacinta) goes to work and come back whenever she likes she promised herself to fustrate hell out of Nancy's life whenever she remembers what her sister (Nancy's mum) did to her during her teenage age

THE SPIRIT OF MY LATE GIRLFRIEND 4⃣

when my mum wanted to put the Nasogastric(feeding tube) on my nose,

I screamed out heavily and jumped down from my bed,

I was touched to hear that from her, I appreciated her for all her efforts and I promised her to eat normally from that day henceforward
