Have you ever thought of how David was able to slay the giant goliath of Gath (Study 1 Samuel 17).

He did that through the confidence he had In God. When he was faced with the giant, he reminded himself of how he killed the lion and the bear in the farm without forgetting to also share his success story with the giant goliath, telling him that same God that helped him kill the Lion & the bear will help him this time.

We should do the same always. Have you ever thought of how you successfully went through some challenges you never thought you could ever survive naturally?... That is God's grace and mercy right there.... Trust it!.
▪
Do not trust your emotion all the time. Your feeling most times is a false prophet you shouldn't listen to.

In every circumstances and at all times, trust in God!.... In His word, He's ever dependable and won't leave nor Forsake you.

Go ahead and do whatever the Lord has asked you to do. Remember, every of God's word comes with ability to act upon them.

When fear strikes, do not fret coz it's nothing but a weak kitty in a monster clothing trying to scare you away from the glorious life God has preordained for you.

Do not run when it strikes, face it boldly, look at it in the eye, roar louder as you run closer to it. You will be disappointed to find out it's just a helpless kitty seeking for help 😂😂😂😂. That's how I feel each time I overcome the fear of doing a thing. I suddenly feel like a champ that I am and most times I wonder how David felt when He killed the giant Goliath. He must be feeling like a king before he was crowned one.

Start seeing your fear like helpless kitty or anything you can deal with in no time coz it is.
▪
I've helped you fetch scriptures to stir up faith in you and help you deal with fear effectively.

Number 3,11,13 & 16 are my favourite. I pray with them in mind whenever fear wants to creep into my heart. Which is your favourite or which will you include In your prayer scriptures?

Fear is one of the strategy of the devil to keep you stagnant and frustrated in life.

Living a life full of fear is not God's will for His children.... It's of the devil. So DEAL WITH IT.

Are you afraid?....Meditate on 2 Timothy 1:17 and repeatedly say it to yourself whenever fear strikes and it will flee.

" For God has not given you the spirit of fear but of love, of peace and of sound mind"

We know how much heart broken you are,how much pain you are going through and how fast you need someone again to fill up the space . BUT, pleeaassee... that's rough play. After a break up;
1. Stay calm and do legal things that makes you happy.
 2. Stay off any serious relationship for that moment to avoid getting someone else victimized with your emotion (you need Sometimes to heal).
3. Find out what went wrong and how to avoid them next.
4. Talk to a reasonable trusted person about your feelings or see a psychologist.
5. Write down your feelings, talk to God about them and Enjoy times of fellowship with the Holy spirit. (this will stir up faith in your heart, ease your stress and guide you rightly next).
6. Write down the things you admire about you and say them aloud to yourself repeatedly.
7. Spend time with nature (visit a garden, waterfall or the zoo etc).
8. Laugh out loud while with your loved ones or whenever you have to.
9. Visit the gym and enjoy good exercise.( swim or take a cold shower after with cool edifying music in the background).
10. Eat healthy (You might have the tendency to eat anyhow this period but avoid it).

 I have this set of transparent glass bowl I got specially for products formulation. I really love this set of bowl coz aside it been so easy to work with, I love how it makes me feel careful and organised during formulation.

Among these set of 4 bowls, I have a favourite one which tends to be the biggest of them all.
I've been so good with this bowl for 2 years until this evening.

After product formulation for , I cleared my working space and packed them for washing.

If you grew up in Africa (Nigeria precisely ), you should be taught with rod of cane to always wash the breakable dishes first. So as a good well trained African child, I thought to do the dishes as been taught. So, I started with small sizes of these my bowls then to this biggest one.

While washing this bowl, I remembered I was so gentle and careful as possible but still, this bowl got broken right into the water and gave me a deep cut on my hand with pains that left my fingers and went straight into my brain and then circulated all over my vein unknown to me that the bowl already has a crack on.... Gosh 😔

I screamed "Jesus!" seeing how deep one of it piece had cut me and how much blood that was gushing out from my hand. I couldn't remember how hot tears rolled my cheek. I also couldn't hold back my tears seeing that my favourite bowl is no more. I felt empty, shattered and emotionally downcasted discovering that my favorite bowl didn't just break, it also left a scar on me..... I needed help🤕🤢🤧

But what should I have done?... I just cleaned up myself, administered first aid and washed my face then curled myself under my blanket and cried myself to sleep. But I woke up hours later running high on temperature🤒🤧
