WE WILL CRIPPLE NIGERIA IF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THINKS IT CAN USE JUSTICE BINTA NNYAKO TO KEEP OUR LEADER IN PERPETUAL DETENTION WITHOUT TRIAL - IPOB
We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) unequivocally condemn the attitude of justice Binta Nyako over the way she is handling the case of our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu before her court. We are most shocked at her obvious prejudice and bias during the last court proceedings which resulted in her whimsical adjournment of the case to January 19th and 20th 2022.
Justice Binta Nyako is engaging in judicial rascality and impunity at the behest of the federal government of Nigeria aimed at keeping our Leader in perpetual detention without trial. This rascality only portrays that Binta Nyako is simply playing the script handed over to her by the Fulani caliphate of which she belongs to.
We wish to express our displeasure with Justice Binta Nyako's handling of this case. How can a judge put a defendant on trial without legal representation? Justice Binta Nyako has always wanted to conduct a secret trial of this high profile case which concerns the personal liberty and human rights of the accused. Her constant long adjournments, her open bias and willingness to do the bidding of the DSS has seriously eroded the confidence of the accused on the neutrality of the Judge in handling this case.
Justice Binta Nnyako has given us sufficient reason and ground to doubt her ability to give justice and fair hearing to our Leader considering her antecedents and the manner and way the judge has been going about this case. Locking out the legal Representatives including one of our Leader's counsels from the US, Bruce Fein from the court room has only exposed Justice Binta Nyako' biased and prejudiced disposition to this case before her.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has issued 26 operation licenses to 26 new private guard practitioners at the Corps National Headquarter, Abuja.
The forms scaled through the tests conducted for them by NSCDC.
The new operators were warned against recruiting terrorist or criminal gangs into their folds as the Corps would keep watch over their activities.

He further lamented on the economy and security status of the country, saying it is the worst ever in supposed peacetime.
In his opinion, Momodu said the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP is the only party that has solutions to the country’s current challenges.
He expressed hope that the opposition party will send packing the made the assertion in a post on his verified page on Friday, November 12.

According to the October 2021 food security and nutrition analysis, known as the Cadre Harmonise, conducted in 20 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory has revealed that about 12.1 million persons are expected to be in a food security crisis or worse situation till December this year.
The report analysis details, 154,008,198 people, out of whom 12,135,318 in the participating 20 states plus the FCT were currently experiencing crisis and emergency phases of food insecurity.
The report’s provisional results, which were released in Abuja has revealed that the number of people in critical phases of food insecurity might increase to about 16.9 million unless efforts were made to scale up and sustain humanitarian support and other government interventions for livelihood recovery and resilience.
The report read in part, “Crisis level is described as a stage at which, even with humanitarian aid, at least one out of five households in
The target area is characterised with considerable food consumption deficits and acute malnutrition at high or higher rates than the normal.
“It also stands for a situation in which households are marginally able to meet their minimum food needs by depleting assets related to livelihoods, leading to deficits in food consumption.”
The states analysed in the current Cadre Harmonise round include Abia, Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Edo, Enugu and Gombe.
Others include Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Lagos, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, and the Federal Capital Territory.
The report stated that Borno Adamawa and Yobe were the most affected states.

“I believe in restructuring, I want power to revert back to the regions or states, so that there would be less concentration of power at the federal level. Corruption has destroyed things in Nigeria. Awolowo, Zik and Sardauna would not have achieved what they did then if the settings were the way they are now. They achieved that much because power were concentrated at the regions.”
Yerima said he and some other human rights activists in 2007 had come together to seek amendment of the constitution. They drafted a constitution which they wanted the courts to compel the National Assembly and the Federal Government then to compare with the 1999 constitution to see how the loopholes in the constitution can be addressed but the courts never responded.
“The 1999 constitution does not create room for an exit, or a referendum that would allow a group exit the country. We are of the view that a room for referendum should be created. Those agitating for secession should be allowed to have a referendum, let’s see how popular the agitations are. If any part of the country wants to go, organise a referendum let’s see how popular they are, so that separation can take place without bloodshed,” he said.
He explained that he believes strongly in the oneness of Nigeria with mutually beneficial relationship for all the federating units, but won’t stand against anyone willing to leave.
“I am one of those who strongly believe in oneness of Nigeria. I have never said that Nigeria should disintegrate. Most of my close associates are Yorubas and Igbos. I schooled in Lagos State University,” he said.

"Germany Will Intervene In Biafra Struggle". - Andrej Hunko A Member Of German Parliament Said During An Interview With Mirror African.

A member of the German Parliament, Andrej Hunko has assured the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and other agitators in the southeastern part of Nigeria that Germany will intervene in their struggle.

The German politician also promised that the Angela Merkel-led government will help to find a remedy to prevent worsening military problems in the country which are causing violence.

Hunko said this during an interview he granted Mirror African Diaspora.

Barrister Aloy Ejimakor Special Counsel To Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was also called to the interview.

Ahead of today’s governorship election, major towns in Anambra State, including Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi and Ekwulobia, have been deserted

Checks by LEADERSHIP Following the sit-at-home directive by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Although the group has since lifted the directive amid massive deployment of security operatives in the state, prospects of low voter turnout persists.

It was observed that virtually all markets in the state, especially in Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi and Ekwulobia did not open for business yesterday, as the traders stayed at home

Also, most roads in Anambra State, especially the commercial city of Onitsha were yesterday deserted despite the cancellation of the one-week sit at home order earlier issued by the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB).

Roads in Onitsha, Awka and neighbouring towns were deserted yesterday while a few people were seen on the streets. depicting the normal state of ghost Mondays, just as a few vehicles were noticed on the Benin/Asana/Onitsha highway.

Vehicles were off the roads, motor parks were closed, banks and other financial institutions were as well shut.

The Anambra governorship poll holds tomorrow for Governor Willie Obiano whose tenure expires March 17, 2022.
IPOB had issued threats that the governorship election would not hold unless its leader Nnamdi Kanu was released.
