A Naira to a Dollar is close to #1000 at the parallel market.
It is close to #800 at the official window.

But they told us that unification of the forex market is part of the economic revolution of Tinubu administration?

Na So we hear am ooo?

Then why the wide gap between the official window and parallel market?

Because the CBN does not have enough dollars to pump into the official I & E window.

But they said the reform will bring so many investors into the country?
They said the investors will bring tons and tons of dollar into the country?
Where are the INVESTORS?

But on a more serious note, didn't they told us that Subsidy is GONE too?

The plight of Deputy Governors came into public discourse again this week.
Ondo State House of Assembly initiated Impeachment Process Against the State Deputy Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
The Assembly alleged that the Deputy Governor seek to buy a bulletproof car worth #300 million while acting as Governor of the state, which amount to Gross Misconduct.
Will the deputy survives this?
Why is Deputy Governors always at logger-head with Governors?
Is it time we redefined the concept of deputy Governors?
In Edo State, where Philip Shuaibu have been at logger-head with Godwin Obaseki the Governor of the State.
The Deputy Governor finally seek the Governors forgiveness.

As we shout Private Sector Led Economy.

Why is the government not investing in these sectors?
Why is government running away from establishing Industries?
Since we cannot adequately tackle our economy challenges until we Industrialized Nigeria.
Why is government not investing in the industrialization process?

The much awaited Presidential Election Petition Tribunal finally came on Wednesday.
In a unanimous judgement delivered by Justice Haruna Tshamani on behalf of four other justices affirmed the election of President Bola Tinubu.
As expected, the candidates of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar and that of the Labour Party, Peter Obi have rejected the verdicts.
The final pronouncement on the winner of the 2023 Presidential Election now rest with the Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

The task infront of the Tinubu's Ministers are enormous.
Especially, the Ministers in-charge of revamping the Economy.
The Economy Performance Index for the quarter 2 of the year was released last week.
It is a sad reading.
Nearly all the production sector of the Nigerian Economy shrank.
When this happens to an Economy.
It will be difficult to create jobs for the citizens and revenue for the government.
The first and major task before the Tinubu administration is, How we can return the sectors in question to the part growth.
Not another 8 or 7 points agenda.

This is the subject of discussion this morning.
