10 kitchen tips to Make our lives easier.

1. After cooking your vegetables, do not cover your pot completely else your vegetable would turn black. Leave it open for sometimes to maintain the greenish color and also look Yummy
2. If you want to peel potatoes or unripe to, rub red oil on your palm so that it's juice would not stick on your palm after peeling.
3. Add red oil to your blended ogbonno, mix it very well before adding to your soup for easy dissolving and also it would make it draw very well.
4. Add groundnut oil to your spaghetti to avoid it from sticking together.
5.If your soup is too salty, just cut a piece of potatoes into the salty soup. It will help drain the salt fro the soup.
6. Always wash your meat with lime, lemon or salt, it kills all the germs and also gets rid of awful smell.
7.Boil your cocoyam with 3 to 4 seeds of beans. It helps it to soften faster.
8.If your soup gets sour due to not warming it on time, just add a piece of charcoal to it.
It will absorb the soured taste.
9. When cooking your Kanda, cowleg, put unripe plantain, banana leaf or plantain leaf inside it. It will make it done faster.
10. Adding potash, baking soda, Alum and paracetamol into our food is killing some vital organs in our body.
Most especially the KIDNEY.
We should try and practice healthy eating and lifestyle.

This is one of the disadvantages of mechanical conduit piping in a building. Personally as an Engineer,I don't advice my clients to do it because if eventually there's a leakage,the building will resemble what's on the picture or worst than it.

Some have their reasons which is not far from having well finished walls without the pipes showing forgetting that you can still have well finished walls with the pipes showing beside there are other ways one can hide the pipes without burying them inside the walls.

Some will also argue that the plumber that did the work is not a good plumber or the gum he used is not an original gum forgetting that all these have time of not being effective again.

Whatever reason anybody may have for conduit plumbing,as a person i can't advice my client to go by it unless he insist on his own.

Excess soaking of leaked water from the bath/toilet can affect the durability of the building,it can possibly lead to deformation or total collapse of building.

Even I, from time to time, when I go back to France to see my family, go to the garage to take a look at it.

Why don't I sell it?

I know very well that the car will not lose its value even without moving... but for me, it is worth much more than all the money.
