Sometimes I get discouraged or even lack motivation to edit videos and post🤦‍♀️

I actually have a lot of recorded videos, vlog, tutorials..but sometimes the push to edit them and post is not there..

If I dey get plenty comments on my videos, like i got on that picture I posted,.....if I hear say I no go dey post videos every day 💪

The truth is that if you don't comment i might not know that you ve seen the video and you find value in it....

Anambra State Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare, Hon Ify Obinabo, has cautioned a woman repatriated by the Delta State Government, for begging, to desist forthwith or face the law.

A press release issued on Friday, April 7, 2023, by the media aide to the Commissioner, Chidimma Ikeanyionwu, said the the 32-year-old mother of one identified as Ogochukwu Nwabude, was sent back to Anambra State for "constituting nuisance" by begging on the streets of Asaba.

According to the release, the woman who hails from Nnewi, was caught begging at Interbua roundabout in Asaba.

In her reaction, Mrs. Obinabo, who did not spare the repatriated beggar, frowned at the act but encouraged her to be an agent of change by engaging in a trade in order to fend for herself and her child.

The repatriated woman said that she only engaged in the act for two weeks before she was captured by the Delta State Government and repatriated to Anambra.

She promised not to engage in such and pledged to make good use of the empowerment.

She was later handed over to the Uruagu Woman leader in Nnewi, who will be monitoring her progress and as well report back to the ministry.

When a woman is making more money than their husband by Nkechi Bianze..

If a man and woman are married, and let's take FOR INSTANCE, the husband is gainfully employed and the wife isn't. The wife will HAPPILY take care of the kids, do the cooking, cleaning and domestic chores, while the husband pays the bills.

In this case, it is expected that food will be ready for the husband whenever he gets back from a hard day of work.

Turn it the other way round and the woman is gainfully employed and footing the bills, MANY Nigerian men will begin to feel insulted when the wife expects him to take care of the kids, cook and keep the home clean.

Unemployed Nigerian husbands feel insulted by the mere expectation that they should take on the duties that a wife would happily do if she were the unemployed spouse.

It's in Nigeria that a man will tell you that the wife lost respect for him since she started making more money. Ask him to explain how the wife lost respect, and you will read "she wants me to cook and clean for her."

When men tell you that women become arrogant if they are the ones paying the bills, take this from me, 90% of the times, these women simply expect and ask the husbands to be useful at home while she's working and making money to foot the bills.

MEN FEEL INSULTED BY BEING ASKED TO DO THE EXACT THING THEY EXPECT WOMEN TO DO.
Men are scared of being treated the way they treat women.

Let's say a husband who pays the bills is going to work and says "babe, please prepare my favorite for me ready by the time I get back from work." That's perfectly fine and romantic.
BUT….
IF a wife who pays the bills is going to work and says "babe, please prepare my favorite for me ready by the time I get back from work." It means she's disrespectful because she's the one paying the bills.

Once it's a woman paying most of the bills, even her breathing begins to seem like an insult to her Nigerian husband. It's NOT the woman's fault, it's your fragile ego.

If a woman cheats on the husband in Nigeria and the husband kicks her out for cheating and stealing his money, most of us will see reasons for his reactions. I mean, the woman is the offender.
BUT...
If a man cheats on the wife ANYWHERE and the wife kicks him out for cheating and stealing her money, we will start reading all sorts of silliness about how rich women are arrogant.

In Nigeria, if a man offends his wife, the wife should either accept and live with the offence or move out of the house.
If a woman offends her husband, she gets punished.
More like "I offend you or you offend me, YOU are the one to suffer the consequences."

There's A LOT of problem with the way males are raised in Nigeria. But I'm glad we are having these conversations and things are changing, albeit gradually.
