Qatar became very famous after hosting the world cup in 2022. The first Arab country to host such a cost-intensive world entertainment.

Qatar is one of the wealthiest countries in the world and while most people say the middle east is not cool to reside in, Qatar is considered one of the top places expats should live and work because of the many opportunities it presents.

å Qatar pays high salaries with tax benefits, you need not pay taxes on your income if you are a legal resident.

å Compared to most Western countries Qatar is relatively affordable, you can save loads of money while living and working there if you live by your means.

å The country's workforce is largely dependent on ex-pats, so the chances of anyone getting a job there is very high a regular factory worker in Qatar earns 3.970 QAR approximately 850k in naira.

å Crime rate is relatively low and you don't pay taxes on property sales.

Qatar is a nice stepping stone to start your travel life but you will likely face a language barrier and the hot weather.
