That African economies are faced with many challenges, in no secrete neither is is surprising; the manner in which African leaders manage the fairs of the continent leaves a lot to be desired.
With some countries about to celebrate a century since gaining independence, but with little to show for in terms of development. Much of the continent has not done much to liberate their economies from trade in the extractive sector.
The answer to the continents back breaking high unemployment number, at present lies in diversion to the manufacturing sector. Climate change brought about by global warming is perhaps the biggest challenge yet to face Africa.
While there is much sunlight to help the continent generate cleaner energy subsequently relieving the continent from further damage by harmful gases from fossil fuel, its the bureaucracy in the continent that will stands as a roadblock to Africa realizing that potential there is in Solar energy.
