The Southern African Broadcasting Association (SABA) is a membership based organization representing public service broadcasters and other broadcasting organizations in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region. It was launched in 1993 as a non-profit, nongovernmental organization to promote quality broadcasting by enhancing professionalism and the credibility of public service broadcasting among SADC countries.
