We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate plays a crucial role in supporting both employees and management, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Creating job descriptions and posting them on various job boards e.g. : Jobstreet, Linkedin, Facebook, Hiredly.
Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Salary negotiation, facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and induction schedules.
Addressing employee grievances, mediating disputes, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Handle staff disciplinary issue e.g counselling session, staff disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters.
Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Responsible for overtime payment and leave management to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements :-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experiences in position of Human Resources. Experience in Express Company will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws (Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.
