Was great to catch up with YB Dato Sri Tiong King Sing, Minister of Tourism Malaysia at the charity dinner. Had a good chance to give him a quick summary on what we are working on and future opportunities.

Can't really share what I spoke to him about but watch this space. Will definitely share more when things get more concrete.

Congratulations to H.E. Ailsa Terry on your new appointment as UK Prime Minister’s Private Secretary for Foreign Affairs – advising Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer on foreign policy issues, and working closely with the UK’s Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office in London.

Despite the short 1 year, it felt like our families have known each other for years when you move to Malaysia to be the British High Commissioner to Malaysia.

Good luck in your new adventure and we'll definitely meet again when we visits London or when you make a trip back to Kuala Lumpur. So now we can tell our friends that we have a friend working at No. 10 Downing Street?

Today started my 16/8 Intermittent Fasting.

Cutting down as much sugar and salt intake as I can from the food I consume. Keeping to small bites/small portions in the 2 meals I'm taking.
