- To manage and guide the team on a daily basis in operations and clients servicing.

- Check and review proposals given out.
- Updating clients on the upcoming promotions and/or other supplements.
- Preparing proposals, schedule/material deadline for clients (calls/visitation if required) and follow through till artwork submission.
- To respond to media enquiry/liaise with both clients and publisher (locally and overseas).
- Assist SALES team in their appointment and join their appointments.
- Back up Media Admin in booking, submission of BO, Artwork Films, PRs etc to ensure smooth flow of department.
- Assist Sales Team when they are out on any urgent proposals. Follow up on materials and confirmation.
