Happy New Year to all our learning partners! 2022 was a fruitful & productive year for us and we believe 2023 will be the same as learning is never ending process.
Running our 1st training in 2023 with leadership for newly promote managers. As usual, we ran the session with lot's of business related activities, discussion, presentation and also FUN.
Jan is a short month as we will be celebrating CNY but our schedule are lining up with various trainings. Stay tune for more update. Cheers for better year ahead!

We achived another milestone today. Delivered 2 team building programs in 8 hours time, in 2 difference locations for participants from 11 countries. We even went up to KLCC 86th floor for a station game. No, we are not exhausted but we are very excited and satisfied when we see the smile from each participants. Learning is a life long journey and we will definately meet you again in some day. Cheers!

Last weekend was a busy week for us. We successfully ran our 1st ever mental health team building - level 3 which held in taman negara. Our focus for this round is to implant the concept of FAMILY. And yes, they are family, they are tribe rather then a TEAM.
We also had another session of team building in Ipoh with 50 pax. At the end of session, the GM of the MNC company came to us, call each of our name, shake our hand and take a personal group photos with us. A great leader attract great person and know how to hold them together. You are definately 1 of them. Kudos for the success!

Completed another great session in Pulau Rawa over the weekend. The team committed to travel 7 hours and demonstrate a very strong teamwork to complete all the activities. As what Henry Ford quoted "If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself." We wish you all the best and see you next year in another Island!

A perfect wrap up for our 3 days bond to win team building programs for 350 pax. We spent countless day & night from planning, designing until completed the whole series. Concluded our 1st 3D2N mental health leadership team building for a group of leaders from a MNC company. This is the 2nd year the same leaders came to us after they explored our assessment tool n training last year. Mental health is alway one of the biggest issue company facing and also one the most ignore issue. We are glad that these leaders acknowldege the important of mental health and learn up the appropriate skills to support colleagues who have mental issues. What motivate us the most is, client will come back to us again for level 3 program in few month times. Stay tune for our level 3 mental health program!

Conducted our 1st ever Mental Health First Aid program. Throughout this pandemic, we witness a lots of our beloved colleagues, family members or friends who need helps mentally. However, we do not have the proper skills to help them.
The evidence behind Mental Health First Aid demonstrates that it makes people feel more comfortable managing a crisis situation and builds mental health literacy — helping the public identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness.
Specifically, studies found that those who were trained in Mental Health First Aid have greater confidence in providing help to others, greater likelihood of advising people to seek professional help, improved concordance with health professionals about treatments, and decreased stigmatizing attitudes.

Weather is nice, internet is smooth and most importantly, participants are very happy and satisfy. Virtual environment creating opportunity for us to go global and to impress people from the world.
