Location: Malta
Full Time

Creative Director is responsible for directing and supervising the creative and technical ex*****on of visual effects sequences, from concept to completion.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• Taking a significant role in the entire project pitch cycle, from initial client brief, ideation, pitching and securing work across all areas of the business;
• Build and maintain client relationships;
• Creative direction and supervision of specific projects, taking on full responsibility partnered with a producer, including client communication and managing the internal creative and artist team;
• Working with the Production Department on project management; providing feedback on production schedules, crewing, and working with the teams to deliver projects on time and budget;
• Mentorship of the next generation of artists by nurturing, guiding, and leading by example;
• Providing creative advice and involvement in challenging projects that require additional management support.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience from at least 5–10 years in the industry;
• An understanding of the production process from concept to completion;
• A deep familiarity with post-production pipelines, techniques, and software;
• A strong balance of both creative and practical / technical skills;
• Excellent communication and people-management skills;
• Ability to guide and lead a team to extract their best work according to a predefined vision;
• Russian/Ukrainian speaking candidates are preferable.

Full Time

VFX production coordinators are responsible for scheduling work and ensuring a visual effects project runs smoothly and delivers on time. To make sure this happens, they work closely with artists across the entire team and liaise with clients to keep them updated on project progress.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• Comprehensive assistance to VFX Producer in project management;
• Keeping track of each artist task list, and monitoring their progress;
• Uploading and downloading of delivery and turnovers to the client;
• Organize meetings and review sessions;
• Verify the shot list database, keeping it up to date with changes, version numbers and statuses;
• Monitor / maintain a calm work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year of proven production experience as a VFX Coordinator;
• Ability to be collected, calm and confident in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic knowledge of VFX: understand the artistic and technical processes through which VFX is made, know the key roles and responsibilities of the team;
• Advanced English (C1+) is a must;
• Russian/Ukrainian speaking candidates are preferable.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• Organization of uninterrupted operation of all the computers, network equipment, peripherals and services, disk arrays etc.;
• Administration of servers based on Windows Server 2012-2019;
• Organization of new workplaces;
• Support for Windows, macOS, Linux users;
• Advising staff on PC issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator;
• Knowledge of Windows at the administrator level, macOs - at the user level;
• Knowledge of the main network technologies and protocols, how domains work and their services;
• Understanding of basic configuration of switches and routers;
• Experience in working with DSS;

• Create high quality complete shots that maintains the overall look, color balance, and quality for assigned shots and sequences to create uniformity in all finished work;
• Collaborate as a team member in determining various aesthetic solutions.

• Mid to senior level of professional Compositing in commercial or film industry;

A CG Supervisor leads highly complex projects being responsible for planning each project's workflow, operating with the Director and Creatives to define the desired look and feel and then supervising teams of CG Artists to successfully deliver the project.
They are responsible for the research and implementation of new technology and creative ideas, as well as training and mentoring artists and developing their careers.

A CG supervisor is also expected to ensure that the creative output of the whole department is to a standard worthy of our well-established worldwide reputation.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• Lead and maintain high profile and complex visual effects projects to deliver to creative expectations, deadline and budget;
• Hold meetings with clients providing detailed knowledge of complex effects creation;
• Manage and mentor the CG Artists on complex VFX projects, coordinate their VFX output and ensure high levels of quality control, advise on their technique and provide feedback on work-in-progress;
• Attend pre-production meetings and shoots to advise Directors and Producers upon the most effective ways to shoot for high-end VFX;
• Determine production requirements and advise on best practices, available processes and budgets for all types of VFX projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Lead CG Artist or CG Supervisor;
• Proven experience of managing CG Artists teams;
• Outstanding expertise considering any potential issues, as well as awareness of what exactly could look better in shots and how to use the available tools to achieve the desired look;
• Ability to build successful relationships with clients and develop a client base;
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must;
• Strong knowledge of Houdini, Nuke, Maya and Redshift;
• Russian/Ukrainian speaking candidates are preferable.

The Visual Effects Producer is at the heart of a production alongside the Visual Effects Supervisor. They are required to manage all aspects of a project, which includes planning and scheduling of resources, client management, keeping track of scope/budget changes and ensuring the project comes in time and on budget, whilst maintaining the highest quality of work.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• Full-fledged project management from budgeting up to delivery to the client;
