187 Publishing Ltd began life in Pieta’, Malta originally under the name RMF Publishing & Surveys Ltd, a design & print planning house created to complement the leading vehicle recovery company “RMF” in the Maltese Islands. The map was created by Mr. Perry a cartographer from Guernsey who embarked on a two year project drawing a map of The Maltese Islands and compiling outlines from a Military map
and a series of arial images. As the company expanded, new publications emerged such as “The Voyager Magazine”, “The road maps of Malta & Gozo”, “Events Malta booklet”, “Teledeal” (free classified ads paper), “Automart”, “The Property Magazine” and many other smaller printed jobs related to the tourist industry. Recently we changed our name to 187 Publishing Ltd. a name derived from the date the first artwork was created by Mario Zahra (January 1987). Our Map Products
