Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are very common and spread mostly through unprotected sexual contact. If left untreated, STIs can have lasting health impacts. Many show no symptoms, and some are incurable.

Protect yourself by:

✅ Using a condom or other contraception when engaging in sexual contact
💉 Vaccinating against hepatitis B and HPV
❌ Never sharing needles
👩🏻‍⚕ Getting regular exams from your sexual health provider
