Making the presentation, the community Relations Team said, BMMC was excited to help the affected communities. The team said BMMC was not only interested in mineral extraction, but also, improving the agricultural line in the county so that citizens can become self-supportive in the future. “Agriculture is one of the cornerstones of every country and that is why we as a company have decided to help in this direction,” the team said.

Representative Musa Hassan Bility son arrested on suspicion of illegally possessing fi****ms and illicit drugs.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Monrovia, Liberia - Today, the Liberian Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) delivered the distressing news that our son, Peach Bility, has been apprehended on charges related to illegal narcotics and fi****ms. Our family, like countless others in Liberia, has not been spared from the devastating consequences of having loved ones entangled in the web of illegal drugs. We are all too familiar with the perils and difficulties that arise from the presence of illicit substances and weapons in our society. As parents, the anguish we have endured in our quest for solutions is beyond words.

We hold an unwavering and unconditional love for our son, and his arrest today only deepens the pain we have carried for far too long. Nevertheless, he is an adult who must face the consequences of his actions and choices. This issue continues to afflict our nation, and we must make every effort to safeguard the future of our youth. We place our trust in the justice system to conduct a thorough investigation and hold all those involved accountable. Our prayers go out to the victims, families, and loved ones who have been affected by this toxic plague infiltrating our communities.

President Boakai Receives Special Investigative Report of January 30, 2024, on the UMU Commencement Incident

March 29, 2024

Executive Mansion, Monrovia: H.E President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has received the Special Investigative Report on the security breach that occurred during the Commencement Convocation of the United Methodist University (UMU).

The incident had impugned the reliability of state security, particularly the Executive Protection Service (EPS).

The report was presented by the Special Investigative Team (SIT), which conducted a thorough investigation into the incident. The investigative team included representatives from the Liberian National Police (LNP), the Armed Forces of Liberia and the Executive Protection Service.

The Team established that the unauthorized person later identified as Sam D. Kanwea, Jr., did not intend to harm the President despite his surreptitious pe*******on of the presidential security and the physical touching of the President.

The Report recommended that the individual be charged in violation of sections 14.22 (Offensive Touching) and 14.23 (Reckless Endangerment of another Person) of the Penal Law of Liberia.

Moreover, the Report indicated that the failure of the EPS Agents to ensure proper security to avoid such invasion is a violation of the EPS Duty Manual and the Standard Operating Procedure governing the service.

The Report further recommended administrative actions against the Agents assigned and the continuation of in-service training to ensure enhanced operational capacity and readiness to always provide advance security service.

The Director of the EPS, Mr. Sam Gaye, has taken full responsibility of the situation and promised elevated measures to avoid any future security breach as well as the implementation of the recommendations of the Report.

The President expressed his gratitude to the Team for the Report, which includes findings and recommendations aimed at preventing such an event from happening in the future. He also promised to review the Report and consider the recommendations.

Congressman Chris Smith writes...

U.S. Congressman Chris Smith, Chair of the House Subcommittee on Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations, today issued the following statement regarding the need to establish a War Crimes & Economic Crimes Court in Liberia to help redress the wounds of the country’s civil wars:

“In recent decades, Liberia’s people have suffered untold human rights violations and economic crimes while perpetrators acted with near-complete impunity during the country’s multiple civil wars. Since that time, minimal efforts have been made in Liberia to address these crimes, notwithstanding a recommendation in 2009 by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission to establish a court to ensure justice.

As a presidential candidate, Joseph Boakai stated repeatedly that a War Crimes and Economic Crimes Court needed to be established for the Liberian people to end impunity and for the nation to heal.

In his inaugural address, President Boakai then committed to pursue ‘the establishment of War & Economic Crimes Court to provide an opportunity for those who bear the greatest responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity to account for their actions in court.’

Since President Boakai assumed office, the local and international communities—including the U.S.—have eagerly awaited the establishment of the Court. This promise was made to the Liberian people who want real change—they desire democracy, human rights, and justice.

The U.S. Congress is also closely monitoring the establishment of this Court as a way to advance good governance and healing for the people of Liberia. We have long supported Liberia with foreign aid, providing over $162 million in 2023 and more than $4 billion over the last 20 years.

There must be justice and accountability for the people of Liberia. Establishing the promised War Crimes & Economic Crimes Court is a necessary, critical step for assuring lasting peace and the people’s confidence in the rule of law and the fair administration of justice in their country

Rebuttal to Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah’s Funny March 19, 2024 Press Statement

Fellow teachers and members of the NTAL who are due payers, fellow Liberians, I have come to remind Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah that she will not escape comprehensive financial audit at the NTAL no matter what she does. We are happy that H.E. President Joseph Nyumah Boakai is serious about audit and assets recovery in Liberia.

I support President Boakai’s strive for accountability and transparency. I hope those out of the NTAL will respect the legal status of the NTAL and refrain from interfering.

We will radically react to their continuous attempt to protect and hide you, Mrs.Numah from audit. We formally wrote the Minister of Education, Dr. Jarso Jallah Sargbe about the current state of affairs at the NTAL. We are very confident that Dr. Sargbe will not allow her good reputation to be tarnished by anybody. The NTAL is a key partner to the Ministry of Education. Please ensure that the March 10, 1958 Act of the NTAL is fully respected by all at the MOE.

On March 19, 2024, my attention was drawn to a Press Conference at the NTAL. Due to my very important engagements, I thought not to waste my precious time on something that was not rewarding.

However, during the evening of that day, I was compelled to listen to the video from the Press Conference.

To my utmost surprise, I heard my name and wide baseless claims by a gentleman that I am told Mrs. Nyumah has hired to be reading for her since she does not want to embarrass herself in public.

I heard the following comments from the guy who sat very close to Mrs. Nyumah and he told unforgivable lies to the public.

He said “In a related development, we are also using this medium to inform you about the Isaac Seh Kamara’s situation at the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia.

Mr. Kamara is parading the media landscape, inciting our teachers and education workers, due to his ineptitude and corruptibility while serving as President of Bomi County NTAL Branch.

Mr. Kamara is currently indebted to the organization in the tone of 80,000LD, which he promised to have paid before 65th National Delegates Convention that was held in Zwedru City, Grand Gedeh County in 2018. This money was borrowed to help him to settle his mother’s medical bills, but said amount has not been paid which led to his disqualification to contest as national president during the 65th National Delegates Convention which was a set criterion by the electoral body”.

Since I have vowed to support the legal process initiated by the NTAL NEC majority members because it is in the interest of the NTAL Members, I do not want to be distracted.

Mr. Samuel Y. Johnson, Sr., the Secretary General of the NTAL, Madam Evelyn Suakollie then Evelyn Kolako, the Finance Officer of the NTAL and Mr. Emmanuel Togba, the former Secretary General of the NTAL, Bomi Branch who is now President are witnesses that what the study class teachers for Mrs.Nyumah , one Dominic was made to read is far from the truth.

I hope he knew the person called Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah. Because most of the people in our country believe in what they hear, I decided to bring copies of my receipts so you the journalists can help me take it to the reader of the press statement and Mrs.Nyumah. I am glad that Mr. Johnson, Sr. would give the public the full details.

Similarly, I purposefully thought to highlight the following words in your external sponsored press conference “ineptitude and corruptibility”. Mrs. Nyumah if you claim you have the intellectual capacity to engage me, I challenge you to appear with me on air or to engage in debate anywhere of your choice.

Secondly, your misinformation says I was corrupt during my tenure as the President of the NTAL, Bomi Branch. I double challenge you to go back and conduct an audit during my time.

But let me ask you, I served as President of the Bomi Branch of the NTAL during the time of Madam Fatu Varflay. Madam Varflay allowed a comprehensive financial audit in line with the NTAL Constitution.

I was always compelled to submit report for operational funds that I took before being given another allotment. Why have you not allowed comprehensive financial audit at the NTAL since January 2018 up to date? Why are the county presidents not making financial reports for operational funds that they receive since 2018?

If you claim not to be corrupt, why are you running here and there to find people to cover you up from Comprehensive Financial Audit? If you are not corrupt, why are you not speaking on the plights of the NTAL Teachers who are not benefitting from their insurance premium? If you are not corrupt, why didn’t you tell the public through your so-called press conference, how you managed to be owner of three private cars by now apart from the NTAL assigned car?

Do you know that the teachers know that the Ministry of Education gave you the Land cruiser Jeep that you are now using? If you think you are corruption free, why are you afraid of a comprehensive financial audit?

You are running away from comprehensive financial audit at the NTAL but the Rescue Train will stop by the NTAL. You will be audited. Those who think that their proximity to the Government is an opportunity to intimidate others let them go ahead.

I hope they are aware of the change in governance in Liberia. The President of the Republic of Liberia, H. E. President Joseph N. Boakai has ordered audit at the Ministry of State, NSA, EPS and CBL. Don’t be surprise those you are depending on to cover you are exposed by audit at the MOE one day.

Those who work with them are giving us enough of information. Like you, they too will be audited. We have laid down our lives to serve others. We will not be moved by any form of intimidation or maneuvering tactics. We got information of what happened on March 19, 2024 before your comedy show which you called Press Conference got started.

Mrs.Nyumah through her ABC Teacher said “How can such a person demand a reputable institution for audit, when it’s often stated that “he, who comes with equity, must come with clean hands?” Is he a real advocate or he’s trying to gain sentiment from the hardworking teachers of Liberia? Can such an individual reconcile the teachers and education workers of Liberia?

Unfortunately, he can’t, because he’s incapable of echoing the voices of teachers and education workers of Liberia. How is it even possible for such an individual to call for audit of the accounts of NTAL? “

I really decided not to waste my time on this trash. Let me remind you that you, the reading assistant, are risking your reputation. You do not know Mrs. Mary W.Mulbah Nyumah. Do not mind the difficulty in finding a job in Liberia to trade your reputation.

To you, the teachers and education workers of Liberia, please judge Mrs. Mary W.Mulbah Nyumah and me. In December 2020, Mrs. Nyumah received Six Hundred, Twenty-Five Thousand Liberian Dollars ($625,000.00) as Honorarium and Office Operational Fund. To break it down, Honorarium Retro-active for January-November and December 2020, she was given $180,000.00LD and for November and December 2020, she was given $445,000LD as Operation Fund. The above amount was deposited in Mrs. Nyumah’s account at the International Bank Liberia, Limited. The Account Title is: Mary W.Mulbah and the Account Number is 00121721161850101.

I am pleased to share this document with you, the press.
My fellow due paying members of the NTAL, is this not extreme wickedness when our salaries are being deducted by the SAAR Insurance Company each month without benefit to most of us but Mrs. Nyumah is taking such a huge amount as honorarium?

When teachers and education workers are being denied access to healthcare even though they are deducting our money each month, Mrs. Nyumah is leeching on our sweat and blood in Monrovia.

Is this what she and her reading teacher call integrity? Let me caution you, Mr. Reading Teacher to stop writing and reading lies to the public. Since you threatened to put out documents in your stage managed press conference, I am challenging you to go ahead with your plan.

I have gotten hold of all the documents from the OXFAM-Liberia and COEDEL through NTAL Advocacy Project against the LEAP Program in Liberia. In my next Press Conference,

I will display documents to the media from that project where Mrs. Nyumah signed the project but later attacked the lead person for the project. Let me just hint you on how much she got from the project along with Rev. Augustine Akoi, Samuel Johnson, Sr. etc. For the 6 months, she received $600USD as honorarium and $60.00USD for scratch cards for the period.

I challenge her to deny this. I am ready to expose her double standard attitude in that project which brought about the confusion in the NTAL. I will also display documents to you, the media where Mrs. Nyumah affixed her signature to documents signed by the members of the NTAL/ NEC but she later summersaulted. If you think Mrs. Nyumah has more integrity than I do, let us continue the war of words.

Mrs. Nyumah will not escape audit my brother. She is benefiting from the kind of legal system we have in our country. We have absolute confidence in the current Judge of the Civil Law Court A that she will assign our case anytime from now.

We will continue our media engagements in order to continue to inform the public, especially the members of the NTAL.
Mr. Reading Teacher, I am not buying sentiment. I mean what I am saying in the public. You are not informed about the workings of the NTAL.

If you think the period 2013-2017 is the same as the period 2018-2024, then wait and see. Since you say you have documents in your possession, please compile them.

We have enough of documents and information on Mrs. Nyumah. She has acquired some properties fraudulently.

We will have assets recovery team one day that will go after you, Mrs.Nyumah. Your wickedness, ingratitude and self-seeking spirit will soon catch up with you.

If you think the NTAL is a lawless organization, then you are day dreaming. Who told you that a sitting president or leader can amend a constitution to suit him or her?

Those of you who are joining Mrs. Nyumah to continue to destroy the resources of the NTAL without account will give account one day.

Continue to lie to the public here and there. Time will come you will have nothing to lie to the public about.

We have gotten sufficient information from the March 18 and 19, 2024 meetings. Mrs. Nyumah, I wish you were a student of history. I hope it will bother you how we got the meeting agenda, the minutes and the information about the visitors to the NTAL early Tuesday morning before your so called press conference.

We are focused and I want to remain focused. TWT! We will see you in court soon. The members of the NTAL deserve better. Jesus Christ will always triumph over Satan and his agents. The Blood of Jesus will always dismantle evil alters.
I thank you.

Isaac Seh Kamara

26/03/2024

Fellow Colleagues in the teaching profession, Dr. Jarso Jallah Sargbe, Minister of Education, members of the 4th estate, members of the intelligentsia Community, fellow Liberians, distinguished ladies and gentlemen; On March 19, 2024, what appeared to be a complete comedy was publicly displayed.

We received copies of documents from the Headquarters of the NTAL.

We also listened to the recording secretary to Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah, one Dominic Suah reading an anonymous document called Press Statement. Given Mrs.Nyumah’s poor reading skills, she chose to hire a contractor to read for her.

I want to inform Mrs.Nyumah that what she and her supporters are referring to a Press Statement is anonymous and a complete trash pregnant with hardcore lies, misleading information and one that has exposed Cllr. Moiffee Kanneh and the then Judge of the Monrovia City Court, His Honor Judge Jomah Jallah.

I want to encourage the public including you, the media practitioners, teachers and education workers, the Deputy Minister for Administration at the MOE and all Liberians and residents of Liberia to check on the Official page of the NTAL.

The purported Press Statement read by one gentleman called Dominic Suah was not signed by anyone. Except they choose to bring down their trash, I urge you to check.

More besides, it puzzles any reasonable human being on planet Earth to believe that to respond to Press Statements by Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara and me; Mrs.Nyumah chose to bring the 15 county presidents and her so-called Executive Committee Members to Monrovia and hosted them at a local hotel in Sinkor with the help of some external actors. Mrs. Nyumah is now displaying her hidden limitation in the arena of academics.

Let me provide free tutorial for Madam Nyumah. Whenever you bring a document from a legal institution like the NTAL, it has to be officially signed.

Any document intended for public consumption has to be signed so as to show its official nature. Unfortunately, your so-called press statement was not officially signed by anyone.

This makes your document to be a trash or an anonymous paper. I would have chosen not to respond to such a document. However, I decided to respond to you and your hired office boy who read the document on your behalf because he thought to save you from public embarrassment.

The fact that the media was around and the well sponsored Press Conference was carried live on regular and social media, so I have to respond to you. Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, I want to use this medium to inform you that as a professional educator who did all of his academic works independently unlike Mrs. Nyumah, I thought to mark the unofficial paper and assign points to each paragraph based on the truthfulness of the paragraph. Please allow me to do so.

Their unsigned document had these words: “𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 (𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟), 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗬. Members of the National Executive Committee, the Representative Council, the National Secretariat and the hardworking teachers and education workers, we bring you greetings and appreciate you for the level of commitment, dedication and invaluable services to the education sector of our beloved Country, Liberia.

I award 2 pts to this paragraph.Members of the press, we want to use this occasion to address the general public on issues concerning the sequential press releases of Mr. Samuel Y. Johnson, Sr. and Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara, who are former Secretary General and County President of the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia.

As we address the media today, we will present critical information that is needed for public consumption, with the sole purpose of uncovering some of the misinformation and administrative malpractices of these individuals who think that they are capable of ridiculing the NTAL.

I award 3 pts to this paragraph. To our serviceable teachers and education workers in media land, including those who are in remotest parts of Liberia struggling to educate this generation of inspirational leaders, we plead your indulgence to listen attentively as we drill you through with information appertaining to their inactions and misconducts at the level of the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia – NTAL. I award 2 pts to this paragraph.

“On February 8, 2024, Mr. Samuel Y. Johnson, Sr., the former Secretary General of NTAL and Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara, Former President of Bomi County – NTAL delivered simultaneous press statements against the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia – NTAL stating the following:

1. That the past government, through the Ministry of Education, conspired with the NTAL to get at him (Johnson)2. That the National President, Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah was offered a blue jeep in November 2020 by an unknown donor in order to compromise advocacies against the LEAP school.3. That the National President, Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah pushed the NTAL Constitution aside and decided to usurp the Office of the Secretary General.

4. A demand by Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara, calling for all NTAL’s accounts to be frozen, pending a comprehensive audit before the end of March, 2024, and5. That the National President, Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah violated the Constitution of NTAL, and is illegally operating as National President of NTAL.

Given these claims, we the National Executive Committee (NEC) and the Representative Council (RC) in full attendance have jointly assembled at the National Headquarters to deliver this press conference to inform the public through the media and our hard working teachers and education workers that Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara and Mr. Samuel Y. Johnson, Sr. statements are misleading and have no substance of truth.

Mr. Johnson’s assertion as the current Secretary General of NTAL is a total disaster. And in this open manner, we consider such an act as a serious impersonation and total disregard to the teachers and education workers of Liberia”.

I award 2 pts to this paragraph. It is unfortunate that Mrs. Nyumah and her hired reading assistant did not read the July 28-August 2, 2013 NTAL Constitution and the court documents from the Civil Law Court A at the Temple of Justice.

“We want to reemphasize that after thorough investigation, Mr. Johnson was found guilty and dismissed by the 66th National Delegates Convention, held in Voinjama City, Lofa County on December 28 - 30, 2022 on several counts, which include the following:

1. Refusal to prepare documents, such as meeting minutes, programs, etc. as required by the laws of the NTAL2. Refusal to take instruction from the National President and the Representative Council (RC); 3. Taking decisions without consultation (eg. Sending delegates to represent NTAL, without the approval of the National President of the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia. Mannerless approaches the Council and the National President.

Let this also be known that Mr. Johnson is not a due payer; instead, he was hired and fired after four warning letters on December 6, 2014; February 18, 2020, and March 5, 2021. He was also issued four suspension letters on August 27, 2012 (2 months), March 5, 2021 (1 month), July 9, 2021 (3 months) and February 17, 2022 (indefinite suspension).

His service was finally terminated in line with Article 5.5.1., letters L, M & P of the December 29, 2022 amended Constitution, under the title: Duties and Responsibilities of the Secretary General.Article 5.5.1, letter L states that: “The Secretary General shall Prepare reports, documents, and provide all relevant information at all meetings of the Association as/and when required”.

Article 5.5.1, M states that: “The Secretary General shall be subjected to the terms and conditions of service provided by the National Executive Committee.” And letter P says, “His/her appointment shall be terminated based on proven misconduct pursuant to the DECENT WORK ACT OF 2014.

Members of the Press, the decision to suspend Mr. Samuel Y. Johnson, Sr. met the consensus of the Representative Council. And this decision was approved by the 66th National Delegates Convention. Article 3.2.1 letter I under the title:

“Activities during the course of the National Delegate Convention of the Constitution states that there shall be a National Delegates Convention to be convened every four years.

It shall be the highest decision making body for all matters pertaining to the association. Its decision shall be deemed to be final and binding. In reference, Letter I states that: “The appointment or termination of the Secretary General and all senior staff of the Association shall be rectified”.

We want to reiterate that Mr. Johnson’s dismissal is backed by documents, which we have in our possession.

At no time did the entity pay him off, because he was warned severally, received suspension letters and was suspended for time indefinite that led to his dismissal. Moreover, as a law-abiding institution, never did we burglarize the office of the Secretary General; rather, the Court ordered that the office be turned over to the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia.”

I professionally chose to award 0pt to the above assertion on the following grounds: That Cllr. Moiffee Kanneh gave the wrong legal advice to his client Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah et all in that I challenged my indefinite suspension since March 28, 2022 at the Civil Law Court A and the Ministry of Labor.

I wonder how Cllr. Kanneh could allow his client to investigate in my absence at a venue that I was not present and found me guilty.

Moreover, how did Cllr.Moifee Kanneh allow his client to act on so-called amended constitution in taking this “fun loaded” decision when he, Cllr. Kanneh submitted a copy of the Kakata 64th National Delegate Convention from July 28-August 2, 2023 amended the constitution which was marked as Exhibit M1 in bulk?

How did Cllr. Kanneh advise his client to even comment on my case at the well-staged-managed convention where the then Minster of Education, Hon. D. Ansu Sonii sat from the beginning to the end”? Is this how the legal system in Liberia works, Cllr. Kanneh?

Is that part of due process, Cllr. Kanneh, to have allowed your client, Mary Nyumah and her supporters to have participated in an investigation with me but without my presence and found me guilty?

I hope the public, especially H. E. President Joseph Nyumah Boakai is taking due note of the likes of Cllr. Kanneh in the corridor of justice in Liberia. I just like to inform Cllr. Kanneh that my cases at the Monrovia City Court and the Civil Law Court A are still pending.

I hope Cllr. Moifee Kanneh will agree with me that the lies and misleading information given by Mrs. Nyumah and her reading helpers are embarrassing to him as a practicing lawyer.

I hope you will inform Mrs. Nyumah, her external supporters and her in-house supporters that their actions in Voinjama as claimed by them and statement made on March 19, 2024 are affront and contemptuous to the both courts. I will stop here because the matter is still in court.

The reading teachers for Mrs.Nyumah revealed this fearful statement “Moreover, as a law-abiding institution, never did we burglarize the office of the Secretary General; rather, the Court ordered that the office be turned over to the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia”.

I could not waste any time in awarding 0 point here. Now this statement has exposed Cllr. Moifee Kanneh and His Honor Judge Jomah Jallah who ordered my detention at the Monrovia Central Prison on May 23, 2022 on the charge of “Felonious Restraint

Thank God that we have saved the video in many areas for the fullness of time. Cllr. Moifee Kanneh, how did you arrive at this? How could you and the Judge order the bursting of my office door when the case for declaratory judgment at the Civil Law Court “A” was still pending?

Is the Civil Law Court “A” not higher than the Monrovia City Court, Cllr. Kanneh? Was it right in the absence of the assignment and hearing of my case both at the higher court and the lower court at the Temple of Justice for you to have done what you did to my office door? We will keep the video from the NTAL March 19, 2024 purported Press Conference as evidence to demand justice soon.

You and your client, Mrs. Mary W. Mulbah Nyumah will account for my belongings at the appropriate time. I foresee trouble at NASSWCORP, Cllr. Kanneh.

If you would rob an individual employee like me in case that has to do with my human rights, I wonder how you would allow the rights of employees and retirees to prevail at NASSWCORP
I really pity social security beneficiaries who will go to NASSWCORP to claim their benefits during your tenure at NASSWCORP. “In a related development, we are also using this medium to inform you about the Isaac Seh Kamara’s situation at the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia.

This money was borrowed to help him to settle his mother’s medical bills, but said amount has not been paid which led to his disqualification to contest as national president during the 65th National Delegates Convention which was a set criterion by the electoral body.

How can such a person demand a reputable institution for audit, when it’s often stated that “he, who comes with equity, must come with clean hands?”

Is he a real advocate or he’s trying to gain sentiment from the hardworking teachers of Liberia? Can such an individual reconcile the teachers and education workers of Liberia? Unfortunately, he can’t, because he’s incapable of echoing the voices of teachers and education workers of Liberia.

How is it even possible for such an individual to call for audit of the accounts of NTAL?I award 0 point to the above. This is embarrassing Mrs. Nyumah to you.

How could you allow a hired reading aide to mislead the public like this? Your many lies will catch up with you.

Were you and some of your blind supporters not at the NTAL 65th National Delegate Convention in the Auditorium of the Zwedru Multilateral High School on August 15, 2018 when Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara and his supporters opted for an amendment of Article X of the July 28-August 2, 2023 amended constitution so that it could allow him to contest the election and I, Samuel Y. Johnson, Sr. Secretary General of the NTAL and the chairman of the Election Committee overruled on ground that it was impossible for the delegates at the convention to amend the constitution because the votes to amend the constitution required 2/3 majority of the delegates present but it did not meet the required number for the amendment of the NTAL Constitution? Your greed and ingratitude have come close to your neck.

To your reading teacher and those who listened to the hidden-hand financial sponsored Press Conference, let it be clearly noted here that Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara was never disqualified because he did not pay loan. This is a big lie. This further demonstrates your intent for you and your cronies to put your interest above the organization.

Mr. Isaac Seh Kamara was disqualified at the NTAL 65th National Delegate Convention in the Auditorium of the Zwedru Multilateral High School in line with Article IX Sentences 2 & 3 which read “Nomination for all NEC Position should be received by the Secretary General one month before the National Convention" Nomination of President should be suggested by at least five local branches from at least two regions.

Nominations for Mr. Isaac S. Kamara was submitted two weeks to the National Delegate Convention which led to his disqualification.

On August 3, 2016, Mr. Kamara received the amount of $80,000.00LD from the NTAL Finance Department at the Central Office with Vocher #5599 signed by Madam Evelyn S. Kolako, Finance officer of the NTAL and approved by Mr. Samuel Y. Johnson, Sr. , Secretary General and Head of Administration at the NTAL ( please see copy and kindly share it with Mrs. Nyumah and her reading aide).

The arrangement for the payment of this money was to be made to the Bomi County NTAL Branch Account. In fulfillment of his promise thereof, on July 11, 2017, he paid $30,000.00LD; on August 15, 2017, he paid $30,000LD; on September 20, 2017, he paid $15,000LD and on October 14, 2017, he paid $5,000LD respectively.

The above amounts totaled to $80,000.00 LD. The then Secretary of the NTAL Bomi Branch who is now the President received the above amounts and issued receipts ( please share these photocopies with Mrs. Nyumah , her reading aide and her hidden sponsors. )Members of the press, all operations of the National Teachers’ Association of Liberia are guided by the Bylaws and Constitution.

According to Article 7.4.1, under the caption Auditors/Audit: “The Auditors shall work with the Finance Committee and the Secretary General. The report of the internal audit shall be confidential until it is discussed by the NEC and the Representative Council. External Auditors shall be approved by the National Delegate Convention”.

Interestingly, Mr. Johnson and Mr. Kamara was part of the 65th National Delegate Convention which implies that they are aware of the audit.

I awarded 0 point here. Given that this is the main issue raised by the 7 out of 11 National Executive Committee members at the Civil Law Court “A” at the Temple of Justice, we will reserve further comments. We hope the Minster of Education, President of the Republic of Liberia, an integrity icon, the Chief Justice of the Republic of Liberia, The US Embassy, and all Foreign Missions near Monrovia and all rights based organizations will not wait for the worst to happen at the NTAL before intervening.

We are appealing to all lovers of justice to intervene in the assignment of our cases at the Civil Law Court A. We strongly believe that the Civil Law Court A has the trigger to pull in this matter. Once our case is assigned and litigation goes on, the truth will be established and the teachers and education workers of Liberia will know the true color of the people that are leading them.

When truth and lie meet, lie will flee. We have submitted the video from the March 19, 2024 Press Conference to our team of lawyers. “ From the above mentioned, we think that this is a serious disservice to the teachers and education workers of this country and we therefore caution our members and all our partners not to make business with them as they are no longer in the positions they claimed to be holding.

In this vein, we like to appreciate our teachers and education workers for their hard works and not being misled by these falsehoods that have the sole will of tarnishing the professional image of our noble NTAL. Solidarity Forever! Thanks and may God bless our NTAL”.

I awarded one point here because of the Name of God that was mentioned. God will judge us all. Meanwhile, I want to inform Mrs. Nyumah that 80% of those who attended that meeting are not pleased with the way things are going at the NTAL.

They have confided in us that they support our legal actions. To prove that we are on top of what is happening at the NTAL, we have copies and minutes of the agenda of the May 18, 2024 purported and resource depletion Representative Council Emergency Meeting for the Press Statements and conferences by Samuel Y. Johnson and others.

The Agenda included: Opening Prayer Accreditation by the Secretary GeneralWelcome Remark—National President Discussion-National President/SGResponses ----Council MembersA.O.BBenediction Furthermore, I like to read and share copies of the minutes from the meeting. The last but not the least, Mrs. Nyumah, let me inform you that two persons outside of the NTAL visited the NTAL Central Office on Tuesday Morning before the meeting. Let them continue until light will finally shine on them. I thank them for the gift.

I still enjoy the confidence of the majority NEC members of the NTAL unlike you. Just so you know. Now is our time. Like the saying goes, 99 days for a rogue, but one day is for the master. The time for the teachers is now. Until then wait n see. I will take only 5 questions.
