Special K (Mohammed Kamal - 1985) known in the desert as Papa Kamal, born and raised in Lattakia, Syria only moving to Dubai in 2011. He has played a major rule in the underground scene in the region. from initiating the very first musical gatherings of their kind in Syria in 2003 and bringing it all the way to Dubai in 2013 by founding (Desert Dream Community). This community was inspired by the burning man and other festivals of its kind. He carried out this vision deep in the desert away from the hustle and bustle of the city and in between the dunes. With time he became the key player in the city focused on electronic music festivals, he created and collaborated with most successful festivals (Desert Dream - Elements - Kaynouna-Eunoia- Sandance..... etc.) around Middle East (UAE - Lebanon- Egypt - Jordan - Turkey - KSA - India)

Musically, Special K has always been a pioneer searching and spreading knowledge of the most innovative trends on electronic music, applying a meticulous musical choice on his sets, crossing styles of House and Techno music, traveling from Oriental / Downtempo, Organic house to Progressive/ Melodic rhythm cause he goes with the flow and has on occasion gone on to play for 24hrs straight, although always with surprising with a complex musical selection. Very rhythmic, full of groove and energy.

He mostly performed during events/ festivals which he either created from the ground up or participated in to assist the organizers. He preferred to be behind the scene which helped him be more creative till the pandemic (Covid-19) showed up, so he is one of the 1st who started live streaming through Desert Dream channel along with most talented local & international Djs.

From that day he decided to adapt and share his talent with the world, so he complete what he use to do with Desert Dream (talent's hunter) and found Trinity Festival along with Hot Air Balloon festival & Yalla Festival which already did few trials and ready to be published once the restrictions are gone.

He streamed for many entities for a human rights, Africa Children. As he did some live streams for HAB festival from the sky (Hot air balloon), Cafe De Anatolia from the desert and working on a few projects.

and recently he represented by Expo 2020 Dubai & the Syria Pavillion for a show called "The Lost Tale of Aqhat" a journey of Oriental house fusions inspired by sounds from Ugarit 4000 BC and the Mediterranean sea.

Ivan Nikusev also known as Kandar, is a Macedonian producer and label manager, who defines himself as а DJ of the old school sound of Progressive House music. Deep and strong bass lines, combined with melodic and techno elements, are something what you can hear in his sets. In 2011 he founded his own label OLD SQL Recordings, which got a huge support by many great producers and top DJs in the world, and since then it has released more than 700 releases and has more than 900 different artists.

With his experience as a radio DJ since 2006, with podcast shows and guest sets on many radio stations from all over the world, he also started sharing his energy and good music with the people on the dance floors. He has played in many clubs and festivals in his own country but also and abroad in different venues in Greece, Bulgaria, Bosnia, USA, Czech Republic, Kosovo, Turkey...

Biography:
Pahan Wijesooriya, also known as Pahan (SL), was born in Sri Lanka. From a young age,
Pahan was deeply inspired by music and developed a remarkable taste for various genres. His
passion for music led him to explore the world of electronic music in 2017.
As the years went by, Pahan delved deeper into the progressive house scene, immersing
himself in the captivating melodies and rhythms of deep progressive, techno, and indie music.
His artistic journey was driven by a desire to infuse dance floors with a captivating energy
through his melodic and groovy vibes.
In 2019, Pahan's unwavering dedication to electronic music brought him an exciting opportunity
to join TM Radio USA as a DJ. This platform allowed him to share his unique musical vision and
connect with a broader audience, further nurturing his growth as an artist.
In 2023, Pahan took a significant step forward in his career by establishing his own iconic music
imprint called "Grooves and Moves." This imprint served as a creative platform for Pahan to
curate and release exceptional electronic music sets, highlighting his distinct musical taste and
expanding his artistic horizons.
Pahan's journey is characterized by a genuine love for music and a relentless pursuit of
excellence in his craft. With his melodic and deep groovy vibes, he continues to captivate
audiences and leave a lasting impact on the electronic music scene.
