Business Relations Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Locates or proposes potential business deals with customers and/or MNOs.
Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
Perform regular follow-up meetings, manage lead accounts, meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth.
Attend industry events to build relationships with existing and potential key prospects.
Supervise and coordinate activities of business relations team members; Interview job applicants and conduct performance evaluations.
Author, manage, and deliver monthly status reports to senior management.
Report directly to CEO.
Qualifications
Holder of Business and/ or Marketing degree or any other related field.
6-8 years' of client relationship experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
VAS industry Experience preferred.
Proficient in MS office: Outlouk, Excel, PowerPoint.
