We are seeking an experienced and passionate Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, art direction, and digital marketing. They will be responsible for leading the visual conception and ex*****on of creative campaigns across multiple digital channels.

You will be reporting directly to Senior Management, working closely with our Senior Creative and Integrated Planner. The job is on-site in Vientiane, Laos at our conveniently located office in the K&C Building, Sisavath Village, Chanthabouly District, 3 minutes from Patuxai.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to bring concepts, presentations, and content to life. Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns
- Lead and oversee the creative vision for digital marketing campaigns
- Responsible for the internal resource allocation for our creative team
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to produce high-impact creative assets
- Develop and execute content, ensuring consistency across all brands on all digital platforms
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior and existing designers, providing guidance and feedback
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies to ensure the agency remains competitive
- Participate in client meetings to present creative concepts and receive feedback
- Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment

Key capabilities and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of experience as an Art Director in a digital or marketing agency environment
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for storytelling through visual design
- Experience with using and implementing AI tools in the creative environment
- English on a professional level, spoken and written

Additional Attributes:
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video production a plus
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation

We are seeking a Senior Creative who will both take on the role as the key day-to-day ideator and also ensure we innovate across social media content and planning.

You probably have a copy based background or at very minimum is a conceptual creative profile. It's likely that you have already worked in a role as a social media strategist but if you are a classic copywriter or outstanding Art Director that can work too. In any event we will expect you to be able to showcase a strong portfolio of impactful work mainly executed in social media and digital channels.

You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and the job is on-site in Vientiane, Laos, with an office located in the central of town

Key responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 5+ social media managers and content creatives both as the functional and people leader
- Continuously evaluate and vitalize the way we work and the work we produce for our key clients and also help with improving existing and creating new tools and processes for social media content planning and production
- Work in a day-to-day hands-on manner, that allow you to both teach your team how to think and work independently and also step in and take charge by driving and even generating the output, when needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join our team at our office in K&C building in Vientiane. You will be working with our Media Team in planning, executing and reporting to our clients on media campaigns and handling some of the largest brands in the country.

Responsibilities:
• Execute and optimize performance media (Google AdWords / Facebook Ads and other digital media) in order to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
• Create, Optimize and Bid for ads copy, keyword lists, banners and target audience for all media
• Report to Client on campaign performance against KPIs and recommend actions and next-steps to course-correct as needed
• Collect data, analyze trends and insights using Google Analytics or other analytic platforms to build and deliver media reports
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Media Team as well as communicate directly with Client
• Coordinate with Project Managers for any creative requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or related field
• 1-3 years in the advertising field, digital advertising or marketing industry
• Working knowledge of computer programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google products, etc.
• Be able to work as a team and have good interpersonal skills
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in both Lao and English
• Have a growth mindset and be a fast learner
• Up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends
