+ Project Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, contacting and attending necessary meeting with client.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Provide solutions where applicable.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective for team.
Pre-production:
• Request budget and handle it
• Equipment check list
• Prepare transportation
• Talent agreement
• Location request form
• Prepare food/drink and accommodation
Production:
• Ensure all the equipment are on set
• Be key person to anyone to contact
• Support Tech Team
Post-Production:
• Check all equipment come back in stock
• Report to Manager if any equipment broken or lose
• Report all the expend budget to Manager
Working Hour 8:00am - 5:00pm,
Working Day Mon - Fri, Saturday half day
