When temptations come, let me suggest that you ask God for strength-and also to show you the way He has prepared for your escape.
1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV
"No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."

One other word of counsel; be very sure that you do not deliberately place yourself in a position to be tempted. All of us are not subjected to the same weaknesses and temptations. To one, alcohol may be the temptation; to another, it may be impure thoughts and acts; to another, greed and covetousness; to another, criticism and an unloving attitude. Regardless of what it may be, be sure that Satan will tempt you at your weak point, not the strong.
Our Lord has given us an example of how to overcome the devil’s temptations. When He was tempted in the wilderness, He defeated Satan every time by the use of the word of God.
"It is written",, was His response to every bout of temptation.

Prayer
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

PILLARS OF DIVINE ESTABLISHMENT.
1). THE PILLAR OF THE WORD OR DOCTRINE
-The word of God is very very important as foundation and the Bible says that the word became flesh.
-The word of God is God himself. In the beginning there was the word and the word was God.
-1Timothy 4:1- 6 (NIV/NKJV).
; Acts 19: 1- 7.
-Doctrine is like a mold, you take the shape of the doctrines that you receive. The bible is available for you to read the word of God by yourself and for yourself.
-Mark16:20 .
- Ephesians 5: 11- 13.
-If you're serious with God, you must be able to love the word of God.
-The church is build wher there is the right doctrine.
-Hebrews 1: 3; Colossians 1: 15- 17; John 1:14.

2). PILLAR OF PRAYER
Prayer is key Matthew 26:41-44 -watch and pray so that you'll not fall into temptations....
We have many types of prayers as follows,
a). Prayer of Thanksgiving
b). Prayer of Repentance
c). Prayer of Warfare
d). Prayer of Intercession etc.
-The subject of prayer is a wide subject. But the greatest question is how is your personal prayer life?!
-Ephesians 3: 20.
-God does things according to the level of the power you have from within and the level of your surrender to God.
-Acts 2: 42- 47.
-The bible says men ought to pray without ceasing and not to faint.
God will allow you to do something but first before you must count the cost it will take for you to achieve what you want. You must count the cost of dieing to self daily. Because there is a cost to be paid.
-You must allow God to change you to become the version he want for you to be able to do God's desires.
-You have to be growing daily whenever you hear the word of God being preached.
-Philippians 3: 12-
If you're just seated here and there expecting God to use you without counting the cost you're just cheating yourself.

3). PILLAR OF LOVE
'1John 4:7-8.
Whe you're born of God you'll have the love of God in you.
-Colossians 3: 14 -16.
-John14: 15- 23.
-Prayer should be driven by love to lo
