TODAY’S DEVOTION (MONDAY 19TH AUGUST 2024)

“And he hastened to take the bandage away from his eyes; and the king of Israel recognized him as one of the prophets.”

“Then he said to him, "Thus says the Lord: 'Because you have let slip out of your hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction, therefore your life shall go for his life, and your people for his people.'"

So the king of Israel went to his house sullen and displeased, and came to Samaria. 1 Kings 20:41-43 NKJV

WELCOME TO THE 232ND DAY OF OUR YEAR OF IMPACT.

The Impact of the LORD’s mercies, grace, and truth upon our lives cannot be denied. The book of proverbs 5:1-2 says, “My son, pay attention to my wisdom; Lend your ear to my understanding, that you may preserve discretion, and your lips may keep knowledge.” (NKJV)

The only thing that some of us have accomplished this year, is paying attention to the LORD. From the eternal point of view, that is one of the greatest achievements one can have on this side of eternity.

It may look small, but it is small things like that that really matters.

They give you stability, self-control, focus, a right standing with GOD, vision, provision, peace, protection, progress in life, contentment, discipline, the knowledge of God’s will and ways, and cut off greed, covetousness, aimless pursuits, and confusion from your path.

If you know the cost of not listening to God, you will appreciate the blessing of listening. If you know the cost of rebellion, you will know the blessing of obedience. You will pay every price to live your days paying attention to the LORD.

I don’t know about you, but we never entered this year with the goal of traveling all over the world, becoming everyone’s attention, eating the best foods we can find, making the greatest amount of money we have ever made, or living in the best houses. The Bible teaches that those are the goals of people or nations without God.

We entered this year with the goal of paying attention to the LORD, lending our ears to the Spirit of understanding, preserving discretion and keeping knowledge. It has helped us much more than any goal one may have. To God be the glory!!!

This is a platform for those who have made paying attention to the LORD, their life goal. So, today, we will be paying attention to the LORD, one more time, on the subject of Relationships; we will be lending our ears to the Spirit of understanding on the matter.

THE REASON IS BECAUSE, THE WORLD RUNS ON THE CURRENCY OF RELATIONSHIPS.

Your life will never be better than the people you have in your life. Yes, the people you have in your life, either by blood, marital ties, spiritual affiliations, economic or immigrational ties, or any form of life affiliation, will determine how your life turns out.

For instance, you cannot compare a child of a millionaire and a child of a poor man out there. They may sit on the same seat in class learning, but who they both have in their lives, puts one child economical ahead of the other. It is who you have in your life that puts you ahead of others, so relationships matter.

Many people are under the pressures of hell because they are hooked up to people the Bible describes as wrong relationships. Some are hooked up to them through marriage, economy ties, ministry or church affiliations, social ties and etc., yet expecting God to make their lives better.

Your life cannot be better than those who influences it daily. God will have to move you away from them and give you fresh people to make your life better.

Understand that, the breakthrough of many on earth today, does not lie in prayer and fasting only. It lies in walking away, yes walking away. You will need to add “walking away” to your prayer and fasting to have a turnaround in your life.

God will never bless you until you walk away from some people.
You will have to walk away from them for the manifestation of His will for your life to take place. Israel had to leave Egypt to enter the promise land. They never got to the promise land while in Egypt.

There was a migration, separation, or a walking away. Psalm 114 says, God sat on them when they walked away.

You would have to leave some people for God to sit on you. Yes, you will have to walk away from some life styles and relationships to begin your journey into God’s promise land for your life. So long as you remain attached to them, you will be detached from His prosperity, freedom and etc. for your life.

When you decide to walk away and leave them, nothing about the life styles and those relationships should follow you, else you will not get to God’s promised land for your life. Do not forget, it was the mixed multitude that followed Israel form Egypt, that actually influenced those who never got the promise land, not to get there.

SO, WHEN YOU WALK AWAY, WALK AWAY!!

Do not mix your life with any residue from those relationships or lifestyles you lived. Do not allow anything from what you need to walk away from to become mixed with you. Do not allow the defiled resources, the passions, the cravings, the feelings for or against, the thought systems, or anything tangible from what you are walking away from to follow you.

Yes, do not walk away with a mixed multitude from Egypt. Your life will remain as if you have not walked away; you will be as if you are still with them, having the same problems you had while with them.

In walking away, you must understand that it is not the will of the LORD to still have Egypt in your life after leaving Egypt. It will ruin you if that happens. All the prices you paid to walk away will become futile if you do not walk away the way you ought to walk away.

Yes, there is a way you ought to walk away. It will not always be like that of another person. Yours might be different, because our circumstances are not the same. That is why you do not imitate anyone in this matter. You do what best suits your life and destiny.

So, you must walk away properly, and make sure nothing social, mental, spiritual, and sometimes, material follows you from there. Not even a thought system or crave.

If they do, they will become a snare or trap to you.

The enemy will use them to either take you back or keep you back even if you are no longer physically with them. That is why you find people returning to their ex-this, and ex-that, after walking away. You find them returning only to be destroyed.

So, learn to walk away. Learn to do it the right way, with God leading the way. If you do not, you will soon discover that wrong people can be worst in our lives than devils, most times. Do not become sentimental when you should be sensible about walking away.

YES, DO NOT BECOME EMOTIONAL WHEN YOU SHOULD BE INTELLIGENT ABOUT IT. WALK AWAY AND DO THAT WELL.

The vision of GOD to separate us from wrong relationships and connect us to the right ones, has not changed. But even after you are connected, your lack of proper detachment from the one you should walk away from, can ruin the one God may have given you.

so, learn to detach properly; stay away after you have walked away!

Yes, stay away and pay the price of staying away. The price could be economical or spiritual, just pay it. Do not forget that you need to go through a process to birth a new life. The price of staying away could be the process. The process will result in having the kind of life God wants you to have.

So, pay the price. Go through the pain, the lack, the darkness. It is just for a season, so long as you are sure God is leading the way. Light is right at the tunnel. So, keep walking, keep detaching, keep staying away.

The Bible teaches that except a seed of corn falls to the ground and dies, it abides alone. You will need to fall away from what you need to walk away from, die to certain things, and resurrect into a divinely approved desire, behavior, and lifestyle, to break into the life God has preplanned for you, as you stay away.

Understand that, you will never have the kind of life that God wants you to have, except you embrace His principle; the principle of walking away, staying away, and paying the price to go through the process.

I believe the LORD Has spoken to us this morning. But there is still one more thing in our devotional text. The text says,

“And he hastened to take the bandage away from his eyes; and the king of Israel recognized him as one of the prophets.”

“Then he said to him, "Thus says the Lord: 'Because you have let slip out of your hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction, therefore your life shall go for his life, and your people for his people.'"

From this text, it is clear that there are things God appoints to destruction. Sometimes, certain relationships are part of it. If God has appointed a relationship to destruction, and we try to keep it alive, we will be sorry what will happen at the end.

Sometimes our lives or families, marriages, businesses, peace or prosperity, joy, life progress, vision or purpose for living, blessings or even an entire glorious future, can be lost because of it. I believe strongly, God sent this word to save us all from going in that direction.

LET THIS SCRIPTURE BE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR US TODAY!!

“Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:”

“That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:”

“That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets: That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.” Psalms 144:11-14 KJV

TODAY’S DEVOTION (SUNDAY 18TH AUGUST 2024)

"Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held — to subdue nations before him and loose the armor of kings, to open before him the double doors, So that the gates will not be shut:

'I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron.
I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, am the God of Israel.” Isaiah 45:1-3 NKJV

WELCOME TO THE 231ST DAY OF OUR YEAR OF IMPACT.

Our Year of Impact have witnessed great impacts of schooling in the things of God. Indeed, most of us have become wiser than our enemies. Our God has been faithful in unveiling His truths to us. To him belong the glory.

If we should sit down to count God’s mercies and loving-kindness towards us so far, there will be no words to express them in full. But we trust Him for greater days ahead!

I believe the whole of this year is a threshold of great things that have been preplanned by the LORD to happen in our lives. The LORD have been teaching us secrets of His kingdom to position us properly for those things. Part of what we have learned this year have to do with how prayer brings financial sufficiency.

Many have been told “Until you give to God, God will never give to you.” But we are learning fresh things that the generation of the charlatans preaching such lies do not know, or chose to ignore. When it comes to divine provision, the power of prayer must not be ignored.

We will therefore be looking at some truths about prayer that will either impart into us “the Spirit of Prayer,” or make it burn stronger in our prayer lives.

To start with, let me reiterate that God designed prayer to be a daily affair, since it’s the only way that we can communicate with Him. We survive by constant communication with God. It is when you talk to Him that you develop the senses that will help you pick what

He might be saying to you, especially concerning your financial life.

Finances are unlocked when God speak to us. The Bible teaches that if the LORD is our shepherd we will not be in any type of lack of want. But we will never pick what He is saying to us if we do not sharpen our spiritual senses to pick it through persistent prayers.

That is one major reason we should not be people who pray once in a while. Sadly, except they have life problems, many people just pray once a while, and that is not good for anyone living in an evil infested world.

People who pray once a while will only see GOD once a while in their lives. We do not need GOD once a while in our lives, we need Him all the time. That is why Jesus said in Luke 18:1 “that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,” (NKJV).
In other words, we are designed to pray always and not lose heart even when answers seem far but sure.

THAT WAS THE CREATOR IN JESUS SPEAKING.

It means we are malfunctioning and living contrary to our original design if we do not pray always. And when a product malfunctions it will become damaged. That explains why the lives of many are ‘damaged,’ especially in their spiritual and financial lives.

Let me show you something about prayer; prayer is a supernatural business transaction. It is not a commercial business transaction, but a supernatural business transaction. That is why you do not pay people to be praying for you. That will be an abnormality.

Prayer is not a religious act, it is a kingdom act that has the capacity to change all aspects of a man’s life. It is one way GOD’s Kingdom citizens transact kingdom business with their Heavenly Father.

It is something we do from the point of submission to the Father’s will, ways, and authority. When you pray from the standpoint of submission, nothing blocks answers from coming. The standpoint of submission makes effective prayer, a consequence of our relationship with the Heavenly Father. That is why Jesus said,

"And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.

But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.” Matthew 6:5-7 NKJV

IF YOU LOOK AT THIS SCRIPTURE CAREFULLY YOU WILL REALIZE THAT WHAT WE DO IN CHURCH TODAY IS NOT PRAYER.

There are four types of prayers that I have been teaching on all my life. But in this scripture, you find two; the prayer of the Hypocrite, (who love doing publicly what God wants done privately), and the prayer of the heathen or occult men and women, (a prayer type that involves vain repetitions, simply driven by the paradigm that says “you will be heard for your many words)”.

That is why we do not see successful supernatural business transaction take place by our many prayers. Many of us in church today have not been praying the prayers that are acceptable to God. We have just been talking.

A Prayer that is acceptable to God is done as a Kingdom or supernatural business transaction; that must be understood. It is a kind of prayer that influence the earth powerfully.

It is through such prayer we can cause the Spirit of God to rest on places. It is through such prayers we get God making His presence of resources available to us for His purposes to be accomplished. In fact, “more work is done through prayer than through work itself.”
With prayer, you can push your prosperity from heaven to the earth.

With prayer, you can lay hold of invisible realities, and bring them forth into the visible realm. It is important to know that what you have not laid hold on through prayer, you cannot lay hold on through even hard work.

Now, when we say prayer, we are not referring to the “the fall down and die” and “enemy killing ” prayer types. We are talking about righteous prayers. We have shared on this same prayer type sometime this year. But it please the LORD that we have that kind of food again today.

People fail in life because they try to get through work what they have not secured through righteous prayers. You will always fail if you live your life that way.

Righteous Prayers are one way you put God ahead of you, to go break the gates of brass and make the crooked places straight for you, before you get there. That is why people who put God ahead of them, through righteous prayer before moving out to face the day, always return in the evening of their lives with results.

A MAJOR HIGHLIGHT IN OUR DEVOTIONAL TEXT SAYS,

'I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, am the God of Israel.”

This is a wonderful promise from the LORD to us as we prepare to do anything in His kingdom, or come into fresh seasons of life.

I pray that someone catch the revelation and come into the performance in Jesus precious name! But there is a role we must play – the role of putting God ahead through righteous prayers. If we do not let Him go ahead of us, especially through righteous prayers, He won’t go ahead.

If we go ahead without letting Him go ahead of us first, we will come head on collision with things only He can deal with – namely gates of bronze and bars of iron. The treasures we need in our finances, and the hidden riches of secret places, preplanned for us to possess, will never become ours. It will just remain a dream that will never be actualized.

But if we let Him go ahead of us, maybe through the prayer knee, things will be different. It is important that we get the message of the LORD to us this morning.

As we bring this to a close, understand that God wants us to be able to bow the prayer knee and put Him ahead of us.

In the world we live in today, if we do not discipline ourselves spiritually enough to let GOD go ahead of us through righteous prayer, especially into a Fresh day, week, Month, or year, or even a fresh season of life like stepping into marriage and etc., all that the might have positioned to happen to us will happen.

Child of God, it is not the will of God that we move into a given thing without first shaping it through righteous prayers. With prayer we can arrest our future today. With righteous prayer, we can control what happens on earth.

Righteous prayer is a corporate activity between Heaven and earth. It’s my desire that you submit your soul to the message of this devotional and begin a prayer walk immediately, if you do not have one, or if you just feel you should start afresh.

MAKE THIS SCRIPTURE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR THE DAY!

“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.” Romans 8:26-30 NKJV

TODAY’S DEVOTION (SATURDAY 17TH AUGUST 2024)

“[And the Lord answered] Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget, yet I will not forget you.

Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands; [O Zion] your walls are continually before Me.

Your children and your builders make haste; your destroyers and those who laid you waste go forth from you.” Isaiah 49:15-17 AMPC

WELCOME TO THE 230TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF IMPACT.

I want to reiterate again that we are in a terminal generation. It is the mercies of the LORD that has made the evil of a time like this to be far away from us. We give God all the glory for that.

Spiritually, these are not days of living life under the influence of the carnal or earthly. These are days of living our lives under the influence of the eternal. Yes, days of setting our hearts on pilgrimage. People who set their hearts on pilgrimage, live their days under the power of the age to come. The Bible says;

“Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man whose strength is in You, in whose heart are the highways to Zion.

Passing through the Valley of Weeping (Baca), they make it a place of springs; the early rain also fills [the pools] with blessings.” Psalm 84:5-6 AMPC

The highways of Zion are a type and shadow of moral standards of God for His people. In other words, banners He gives to those who fear Him. People whose hearts are set on pilgrimage, uphold moral standards that God commands that those who want to be His people should uphold.

They purify themselves from dead works or the work of the flesh.
The Bible says they are blessed, fortunate or to be envied because, by their obedience and submission to divine will, their strength is now in the LORD, consequently when they pass through the valley of weeping, they generate enough power to turn the valleys into springs and pools of blessings.

That is how they live lives that are free of defeat or any other evil occurrence. They live their days according to times and seasons, making them visionary and purposeful. To be visionary simply means to live your days according to God’s pre planned programs for your life.

THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING VISIONARY TODAY, IS BEYOND WHAT ANY MIND CAN IMAGINE.

Irrespective of how gifted, brilliant or blessed you are, if you are not visionary, you will not achieve anything in life. All your potentials will just be channeled towards the wrong direction or shut down completely.

There are people whose potentials were channeled in the wrong direction in Bible days, because they either lost their visions, or ceased being visionary in life. One of them was Samson.

He lost his life vision before losing his natural vision. Consequently, his potential was channeled in the wrong direction; they took away his eyes and made him a grinder or crusher of grain for an entire nation. The Bible says;

“But the Philistines laid hold of him, bored out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza and bound him with [two] bronze fetters; and he ground at the mill in the prison.” Judges 16: 21 AMPC

Why were the eyes or vision of Samson the first to be touched by the enemy? They were the first because of how important the eyes or vision of a man is.

It is a major sign to men and women of great potentials in every generation. The enemy takes away the vision of GOD’s people first whenever we fall into his hands, because he knows how powerful we will be if we are visionary.

That is why the word says “give no place to the devil.”

If we give him a place, he will come for our vision; our ability to live visionary lives. Once that happens, and he succeeds, we will become bond with the bronze fetters of suffering, making us mince at the mill in the prisons of life.

Maybe this will help us understand; have you ever seen very gifted, brilliant and blessed people suffering?

The enemy have taken away their vision or ability to be visionary, hence the suffering. When suffering is associated or caused by lack of vision, there is no amount of prayer that can change a man’s situation.

Until visionary living is restored, prayers will do little or nothing to change our situations in life if a lack of vision is responsible for our problems.

Those who understand what we know as spiritual warfare in Church knows that the first assault of hell against you will be on your ability for or instruments of visionary living.

YES, THERE ARE INSTRUMENTS OF VISIONARY LIVING. WE MAY LOOK AT THEM SOME OTHER TIME.

That is why one of the major things we must learn to protect in our lives in spiritual warfare is whatever concerns our visions from the lord. And we should not forget that if we do not have a vision from the LORD, we are still blind in life no matter how good our natural eyesight may be.

We are bond to fall into the ditches of life through bad decision, because it is our vision that tells us of the decision to make and the ones not to make.

One of the major decisions to make in life is the decision to respect the laws of visionary living.

We discovered that where you live, will have so much to do with what you become. We also discovered that we have to be careful of what we hear if we want to liver visionary lives. We have to be careful of the prophecies we give our ears to. That is why we looked at what I call “chewing gum prophecies.” You can revisit those devotionals to refresh your mind.

Today we will be looking at another law of visionary living called the law of visionary relations.

Laws are principles that determines outcomes in life. One cannot replace them with prayers. In fact, if you are praying and not respecting these laws as a child of God, things will not be working well in your life. You will end up frustrated and going back to your old ways.

The law of visionary relations is even used by Satan to ruin our lives. So, let me begin with visionary relations from the kingdom of darkness.

Satan will assign people to our lives whose only reasons for bringing them into our lives is to ruin us down. They will not come saying “I want to ruin your life.” No! It will be to offer help. But if you sit down to access what hat relationship has brought into your life, you will see ruin, ruin, ruin, ruin.

They only leave your life either when you are ruined or when you are being ruined.

That is why when you were up, they were there. But when you became down, they walked out. Some who do this may not be there to ruin you but to announce your ruin or sustain by it by walking out of your life instead of helping you through.

SATAN WOULD ALWAYS USE VISIONARY RELATIONS TO RUIN PEOPLE.

Visionary relations come as husbands, wives, pastors, prophets, business partners, faithful church members, bosom friends or brothers and sisters in times of need. They come with a vision, to see you fall our out.

Delilah, for example was a visionary relation to Samson.

She was driven by one passion and one vision, to know the secret of his strength and hand it over to Samson’s enemies. All she did in his life was to achieve that. But her care, concern for his problems and all the massage he got from her was not really because she cared for him but because she cared for his ruin.

May God protect us this year from this kind of visionary relations in Jesus precious name. Concerning this mighty warrior of the LORD, Samson, who was ruined through a terrible visionary relation from the kingdom of darkness, the Bible says;

“After this he loved a woman in the Valley of Sorek whose name was Delilah.

And the lords of the Philistines came to her and said to her, Entice him and see in what his great strength lies, and by what means we may overpower him that we may bind him to subdue him. And we will each give you 1,100 pieces of silver.

And Delilah said to Samson, tell me, I pray you, wherein your great strength lies, and with what you might be bound to subdue you.” Judges 16:4-6 AMPC

Visionary relations from the kingdom of darkness are a ruin any day and anytime. But they do not come like men and women from darkness.

They come like men and women from light. The Bible says they masquerade as angels of light, or help, care, prosperity, a brighter future and all that. But within the time they showed in your life and the time they walk away, if you are not protected by the LORD, they will destroy you completely.

PERSONALLY, I WOULD SAY OF NOT FOR GOD, I WOULD HAVE BEEN BURIED BY THIS TYPE.

You may have your own story also. Sometimes they seat with you in Church and become your best friend but you will never know what it will lead to. They will start talking to you about the flaws in the preacher you so honor but mildly, and you will be entertaining the stories innocently, with no ill motive.

Am not talking about when God opens the eyes of His sheep to recognize a charlatan and false preacher who had appeared true hitherto. I am referring to Satan using a visionary relation from his kingdom to paint a true servant of GOD dark, using carefully cooked stories in other to take you away from the place of destiny.

I can’t forget a Church member who even promised people jobs while doing that in our church. It lasted for months and it was divine protection that helped us.

If talking about the pastor is not working, they will move to telling you stories about other church members, and then the pastor’s wife, if he is married, then this other person. Before you know it, they have shaped your perspective about a good church family you once loved, and a righteous preacher who so blessed your life.

Visionary relations from hell are positioned around everyone of us, do not be mistaken about it.

There is even one close to you as you read this. His or her line might be in your phone. You just may not know, because sometimes until they get to their maturity stage in our lives, they will keep appearing or behaving helpful. That is why we must be careful.

There are those who go about defiling men and women in church sexually in the guise of they want to marry them. They come in different shades my friend, depending on your wants in life.

THEY HAVE RUINED SO MANY. THE BIBLE CALLS THEM OUR DESTROYERS.

Visionary relations from God are what we need, and i will share more about that tomorrow. Our Devotional text says;

This is a promised from the LORD on deliverance from the hands or works of visionary relations from hell. It says because of the visions and revelations of the LORD for our lives, as tattooed in His hands, He will make sure those who laid us waste go away from us.

He will make sure that all visionary relations from hell are defeated, and sent away from us by His power. That is the word of the LORD. You are covered in the name of Jesus Christ. You are protected by His grace and glory.

TAKIM TODAY’S DEVOTION (FRIDAY 21ST OCTOBER 2022) Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.” Then Nebuchadnezzar was full of fury, and the expression on his face changed toward Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. He spoke and commanded that they heat the furnace seven times more than it was usually heated. And he commanded certain mighty men of valor who were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, and cast them into the burning fiery furnace. Then these men were bound in their coats, their trousers, their turbans, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Therefore, because the king’s command was urgent, and the furnace exceedingly hot, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.
