State House sources suggests that the current 22 ministries will be reduced to 15 in the reorganization.

Remaining ministries include crucial portfolios such as:

I. Ministry of Defence
II. Ministry of Interior
III. Ministry of Energy
IV. Ministry of Health
V. Ministry of Education
VI. National Treasury
VII. Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation
VIII. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Community (EAC)
IX. Ministry of Labour and Public Service
X. Ministry of Affirmative Action, Youth, and Gender

The reshuffle will also introduce new ministries, including:

XI. Ministry for Water, Forest, and Environment

President Ruto held a Cabinet meeting at State House, Nairobi on Tuesday with the meeting described as potentially the 'last supper' for seven Cabinet secretaries.

If this anticipated lineup goes through, 15 principal secretaries will lose their jobs and 43 parastatal chiefs will be affected as a result of their roles being scrapped.

Treasury is set to profile parastatals with overlapping mandates as some parastatals will be relocated to parent ministries as departments.

I wish my grandmother had a maize store outside her hut, I would go and sleep there when chased away from peoples houses in the night.
My grandma had no maize shamba. Her age wouldn’t allow her till any shamba. Throughout my primary and secondary school! She was around 85 years old when she took over my care. Old and frail. With no cow, sheep or even chicken. Yes, she had a cat. She had no energy to farm.

Those who had cows had this imagination that the first milk produced by a cow was for old women. These days I see people give them to dogs. But I didn’t understand why they chose to bring to my grandmother. I believed they were not sincere since after that they couldn’t bring the good milk to her.
When my neighbor’s cow or sheep dies of disease, they bring the meat to my grandmother. But when they slaughtered a sheep for their family, they don’t bring the meat to her. I strongly believe that’s why my body is immune to ‘food poisoning’ some people talk about. These ladies and gentlemen were not bothered to imagine in their hearts that with the old lady was a child who needed good milk and meat like their children.

Sometimes when I am in Pronto Restaurant, Nairobi, I laugh my heart out as I see my sons, the Vet Surgeon and the 4th year Civil Engineer student at JKUAT eat bread crumbled fish fillet with rice saldato, grilled beef in oyster sauce, chicken wings In barbecued sauce and aroosto with hyrabad drinks, I marvel at how life rewards.

Who has the keys of someone’s tomorrow? Please take care of the orphans, widows, the aged, those physically challenged and the needy among you.

Do not trust anybody, learn to drive into a supermarket, pick such or yoghurt and a queen cake and have it as your meal.

Do not spend nights in a lodging, we live in spirit world. One day I felt someone sleeping next to me in a certain guest house in Kisii, I had checked in alone but in the mid of the night and at around 3am I felt someone sleeping next to me, I could feel the heart beat and body warmth including the skin. I did not move, "my hair stood and my head got swollen" before she suddenly disappeared. Yes this is a true story, that lodging bed or room you spend the night in has hosted hundreds if not thousands of people dead and alive and you will be shocked to learn that not less 200 who've used that bed or room are dead and their spirits still linger on. That must have been a spirit.

Do not join blindly feasting ceremony expecially where sheep meat is involved who knows maybe that sheep was being offered as sacrifice in some ritual.

Do not be rigid, learn to observe expecially when in a tribal war situation, if you see the host community folding their trousers on one leg also fold yours too and thank me later.

Do not move into an old rented house without "sanitizing" it, many people in Nairobi have reported of being straggled or even fought physically by ghosts.

Do not attend and participate in new churches blindly, this are end times.

Do not sleep with any woman, some possess evil spirits. Marry many women and have a home in nearly every town and always keep a dog, dogs can see what human beings cannot see (Spirits). That woman you date might be spirit possessed or the spirit herself infact I concur with my friend sir James (RIP) who killed a woman and later drove to Kasarani police station to report that he had killed a ghost in his house.

Do not wear a second hand ring, you do not know the covenant the owner of the ring made with *.

Do not trust anybody, only trust your parents and your daughters.

Do not let people know where you live, know your wives and children or let them into your home. Lead a very private life.

Do not accept to be befriended by anybody. Treat everyone doing that with suspicion and treat everyone as a potential enemy.

Do not attend funerals, weddings or functions of people you are not directly or indirectly associated with.

Do not be the first to extend your hand to greet someone.

Do not marry a lady especially an extrovert who takes alcohol if you are a highly secretive person.

Marry a second wife if your first wife is always in the company of her pastor and/or worse still focuses more on her pastor.

Take your lady through fire, hurt her deliberately to test her perseverance if she's not temperamental, moody or betrayer in nature then call me I organize for the cattle for her dowry. If she betrays you even once or displays disloyalty close that chapter.

Do not marry a lady who arrives home after you hata k**a ni CS or makes key decisions without you and/or worse if her decisions are influenced by friends and relatives.
