She has furthered honed her craft with intensive on-the-job training in a highly selective and competitive media group in the field of broadcast. Cameka's work which spans more than a decade in history is deeply rooted in broadcast, content writing and production management. Her face and voice have been a staple on the Jamaican marketing and broadcast scene. She has vivaciously hosted the popular Digicel Rising Star competition and is behind the scene as one of the Producers for TVJ's Smile Jamaica. Ingenuity would not allow Cameka to limit herself and so in 2016 Cameka created Kim Cam Productions where she serves as the company's CEO. Since its inception, Kim Cam Productions has serviced an a-list clientele. It continues to see success as it expands its reach and clientele and delivering works of impeccable quality, creativity and distinguishable excellence. As an individual who strives to attain balance, Cameka continues to lend her influences in a broad range of social and communal efforts. Her passion for her community has led to her involvement in the fight against HIV/AIDS locally and abroad. Her influence as a committed citizen, has seen her giving of her time and resources to raise awareness on community matters and social needs.
