Matteo Brigatti, also known as GANDALF, is a DJ and promoter who has been an integral part of the Turin and Italian techno scene for over two decades. As DJ and co-founder of GENAU with Cristina Baù, one of Italy's most renowned techno nights, he has curated nearly a decade of unforgettable events. Additionally, he is actively involved with the OVER parties at Audiodrome Live Club .

Moreover, Matteo serves as a resident DJ and artistic consultant for prestigious events such as FuturFestival and Movement Festival Torino, offering his expertise and musical prowess since their inception. Throughout his illustrious career, he has shared the stage with an impressive roster of techno luminaries, with his CV boasting collaborations with virtually every significant artist in the genre. His influence extends beyond Italy, having performed at esteemed venues across Germany, France, and Japan, solidifying his reputation as a global ambassador for techno music.

As an established artist, Rommek has expanded his own sound, carving his way into the current techno and experimental scenes since 2013. His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the cinematic atmospheres, heavy broken rhythms and electrifying tones found within his productions.

Rommek joined the seminal Blueprint Records in 2016, releasing five EPs, gaining remixes from label owner James Ruskin , Broken English Club , O/V/R (Ruskin & Regis) and Makaton, which established his position on the map. Since then, a steady output of releases on Tommy Four Seven’s 47 imprint, Leyla Records, Natural Selection, Mord, Hex and collaborative
release with the Spanish duo NX1 has expanded his discography.

Since releasing over 15 EP's, Rommek has gained a wide range of noteworthy support, from BBC Radio 1 , to many features and reviews in Mixmag, The Wire, The Quietus and FUZE Magazine. In 2018 he was featured within the top 100 globally charted artists on Resident Advisor . Furthermore, as a touring DJ, he has played in over 20 countries around the globe. From this, it’s clear that Rommek is driven to continue expanding his capabilities and keep things moving forward.

Gina Demarchi is a 26-year-old DJ, artist and producer from Buenos Aires. She began her journey into music production five years ago characterizing her style with tribal sounds, with a focus on groove, tribal, hip-hop and dub techno, infused with rhythm and sensuality.

Her notable releases include the EP "Strada In Fiamme," premiered by BCCO, and the track "Glätte" for Different Sound. She has also contributed tracks to compilations such as Balls VA and SixthSense's VA, showcasing her versatility across genres.

In 2024, Gina has released for Rave Your Soul, Obscurrberlin, and remixes for labels like Alu and ASW. She has also been featured in compilations like Transition Call and Orbital Dissorder. Her tracks have gained recognition and support from artists such as Future 666, Marron and Yanamaste, while she has performed at renowned venues like Tresor, Fusebrussels, and Mälor.

Elisa Batti is a sound designer, pro­ducer and media artist based in Ams­ter­dam. Her activ­ity is diver­si­fied between a spec­trum of dif­fer­ent projects, all of them con­nected through one red line: elec­tronic music.

Her music has been released on various electronic and techno labels such as Semantica, Artaphine, Diffuse Reality, Collective Details, One Instrument, West Rules, Observant.

She started her career in 2007, work­ing for the con­tem­po­rary dance scene, exper­i­ment­ing with soft­wares and sounds, cre­at­ing sound­tracks and land­scapes for chore­o­g­ra­phers.

Through the years she has been working for various choreographers and media developers (Albert van Abbe, Artes Mobiles, Andreas Hannes, Federica Dauri, Elisa Zuppini, Ola Maciewska,..) and her work have been presented in many venues worldwide such as Palais de Tokyo (Paris), ElbPhilarmonie (Hamburg) Tai­wan National The­ater (Taiwan) , Santar­can­gelo Fes­ti­val (Bologna), Fusion Fes­ti­val (Berlin), ZKM ( Karlsruhe).

In the last years her interest in sound spatializations led her becoming one of the advisors and tutors at the IDLAB in Amsterdam, where she is currently helping and facilitating artists with their sound spatialization.

She is also active in the techno scene as a producer, label owner of Immaterial.Archives and DJ. Such a var­ied approach to the music is also due to Elisa’s back­ground, which is not strictly artis­tic. She grad­u­ated as envi­ron­men­tal engi­neer and got a PhD and two Post Docs at the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­sity of Delft. After a period teaching Thermodynamics at the Anton de Kim University in Suriname, she is cur­rently work­ing at TNO, the Netherlands Institute of research in the Energy Transition team.

Kostas aka Againstme is a greek Berlin-based DJ, Producer & co- founder of Society 3000 and core member of USM Recordings. In 2014, at the age of 16 years old, he first discovered his passion for DJing and producing and he did his first steps into the music industry under a different alias in a wider range of electronic music. His music has been released on different labels around the world, but as he was at a very young age, he was still discovering his self and what style of music expresses him the most.

The project “AgainstMe” came to life in 2017 after his first Rave / Techno parties in Lesvos, Greece. For him at that point, techno music was something completely new, uniting and revolutionary which was going against everything that he had experienced before. The distorted melodies and the heavy drum patterns along with the ritualistic vibe of these parties made him immediately fall in love with everything around this sound and what it stands for. Since then, his music got released on different record labels around the world. Some of the most important releases during the last years were, his album “Synopsis” in Subsist, “Tension Seeker” in Warok and "Defend" In VOXNOX.

For him, the absolute goal of a DJ is to connect with the crowd and build a unique moment together. So his sound could be characterized as multidimensional, energetic and storytelling. Some of the venues/parties he performed at are RSO, Corsica Studios, QRECLAIM, Astron Bar. Currently, he is experimenting a lot with Modular Systems and unorthodox techniques in his studio in Berlin.

Matteo Brigatti aka GANDALF is a DJ and promoter active on the Turin and Italian techno scene for over 20 years. Founder and resident DJ of GENAU, one of the most well-known techno nights in Italy with almost 10 years of events in tis agenda. He is also involved with the OVER parties at Audiodrome Club. He is also resident DJ and artistic consultant of Kappa FuturFestival and Movement Festival Torino since their creation.

During his dj career he played with all the most important techno artists in the world: just name one and he's on Gandalf's CV already. He also had the opportunity to play in different Italian clubs around the nation and abroad in Germany, France and Japan.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT #4 - Gandalf

Matteo Brigatti aka GANDALF is a DJ and promoter active on the Turin and Italian techno scene for over 20 years. Founder and resident DJ of GENAU, one of the most well-known techno nights in Italy with almost 10 years of events in tis agenda. He is also involved with the OVER parties at Audiodrome Club. He is also resident DJ and artistic consultant of Kappa FuturFestival and Movement Festival Torino since their creation.

During his dj career he played with all the most important techno artists in the world: just name one and he's on Gandalf's CV already. He also had the opportunity to play in different Italian clubs around the nation and abroad in Germany, France and Japan.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT #3 - Exilles

EXILLES emerges from the fusion of two imaginative minds, driven by a common mission to sculpt raw, edgy, and ethereal sounds, crafting a mystic and enigmatic ambiance. Their exclusive live showcases are orchestrated using analog machinery and modular synthesizers, weaving dark, hypnotic tones into a synesthetic tapestry.

Their techno artistry, centered around the interplay of light and shadow, delicacy and intensity, continuously suspends us between contrasts—between conscious reflection and uninhibited exuberance.

Having honed their craft as resident DJs and live performers in the dynamic Italian techno scene, operating under various aliases, they made their debut as Exilles on Involve Records. Their subsequent releases found homes on labels such as ＡＲＴＳ, Coup, Märked, and their self-established , propelling their live performances across some of the Europe’s best clubs.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT #2 - Kessa

Daniele Chessa aka Kessa grew up musically attending mega-discos and listening to 90s progressive music. He began to approach the decks in the 2000s and played in many Turin clubs in those years.
In 2014 he was called to join the GENAU team as a resident DJ and now he's still a cornerstone if this organization.

He is co-founder of GENAU Recordings, the record label linked to the Genau brand on which several of his techno productions have been released. He was also released on the prominent Aim To Head label with his most successful track “Volt”. His sound ranges from dub techno to groove and hardgroove techno.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT #1 - Victoria.52

French DJ and producer from Angers in France, Benjamin aka Victoria.52 used his city’s dance floor very young. Night life became very quick a passion then an obsession when he started to play. Winner of Astropolis Festival "New Comer" contest, he starts to cross France and play from Paris to Marseille via Nantes, Brest, Bordeaux and many more.

Resident of Paris crew Less Drama More Techno, he offers a powerful, groovy and uncompromising techno. His sets are melting of heavy beats and melodic vibes. He played alongside Ben Klock, Dave Clarke, Charlotte de Witte, Alignment, Fjaak, Jeff Mills, Chlär…

His productions are out on Suara, GENAU Recordings, LDMT Records, Elementra always receiving amazing support from artists like Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, Dax-J, Alignment, Juliet Fox, Slam to name a few. Wherether in the studio or behind the decks, he wants to create his own universe while respecting a heritage.
