مجله معمار برگزاركننده جايزه سالا‌نه معمار با هدف اشاعه انديشه و هنر معماری، شهرسازى و ساخت و صنعت در سال ۱۳۷۶ تأسيس شد. نخستين شماره معمار در قالب فصلنامه در تيرماه ۱۳۷۷ منتشر شد و از سال ۱۳۸۳ انتشار آن به صورت دوماهانه بوده است. مجله معمار از سال ۱۳۸۰ جايزه معمار را به صورت ساليانه برگزار كرده است

Memar magazine, promoter of the annual Memar Award, was established in 1376 (1987), with the aim o

f promoting architecture, urban design, construction and industry. The first Memar issue was published as a quarterly in 1377 (July, 1988) and since 1383 (2004) it has been published as a bimonthly.
