AIIMS ORGANISES 4-DAYS HEALTH CAMP AT MVIS

MV International School in collaboration with AIIMS, Jammu organised a four days Health and Well-Being Camp for students and staff of the school. Teams of doctors along with nursing staff visited the school to conduct health awareness sessions to make students aware about good health, well being, basic life skills and volunteer blood donation. The program was organised with the vision of Professor (Dr) Shakti Gupta, Director AIIMS Jammu, to raise awareness among the masses so that proper cautions could be taken while giving first aid to victims and hence saving their lives.

On the first day, team of doctors comprising of Dr. Meeta Gupta, Dr. Renu Sharma, Dr. Natasha Gupta & Dr. Harleen Kour conducted separate sessions for girls and boys of classes 9th & 11th. Topic for the girls session was - Adolescent Health & Menstrual Health. This session was conducted in august presence of Vice Chairperson of school Smt. Savita Abrol and Director Prep Wing Mrs. Aakriti Abrol; whereas with the boys, discussions were held to aware them about different diseases, stress management, PCOD, drug abuse and adolescent life. Second day’s team of doctors comprised of Dr. Sunaina Gupta, Dr. Kanika Gupta, Dr. Heena Saini and Dr. Sandeepika Dogra. Topic of session for students of class 10th was - Basic Life Support in which presentations and hands on experience was given on cardiac arrest, CPR, chest compression, infant choking, burn injury and fractures.

The third day’s session for students of class 12th was followed by the fourth day’s session for the teachers in which Dr. Urvershi Kotwal and Dr. Sushant Kumar Menia raised consciousness for volunteer blood donation, its need and importance. Doctors made students and staff aware about why we all should donate blood and motivate every one to do so. Director of the school Mr. Gourav Abrol and the Principal Mr. Kundan Lal Dogra thanked the team of doctors and authorities of AIIMS Vijaypur for conducting such fruitful sessions and hence motivating the students community to render help to any one who is in need of emergency care.

Sh Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman; Smt Savita Abrol, Vice Chairperson; Directors Mr Gourav Abrol & Mrs Aakriti Abrol and Mr Kundan Lal Dogra, Principal of the school along with parents of the students graced the occasion by their presence. Awards worth Rupees Seven Lakh (₹7,00,000/-) were presented to the merit performers in academics and co-curricular activities. Seven (7) Asus Laptops were presented to meritorious students of class 12th who scored above 95% marks in CBSE examinations. Fifty Three (53) Smart Watches were presented to 90% and above scorers in CBSE results of classes 10th & 12th.

The cultural program commenced with ‘Lighting of Ceremonial Lamp’ and divine invocation of Lord Hanuman by students from class 8th. Parishek Mahajan-Head Boy & Haridhika Chadgal-Head Girl welcomed the guests. Mr Gourav Abrol Director, MVIS shared the glorious journey of MV International School and thanked the guests and parents for their whole-hearted support in all endeavours of the school. Chairman of school Sh. Hira Lal Abrol shared his message to inculcate moral values and respect for elders, he appreciated the hard work of students and staff in creating the success story of the school. The cultural program ZEST-2022, suitably celebrated all shades of Indian culture. Stage was set into action by chauvinistic vigour by students of class 7th to pay ‘Tribute to Defence Forces’; LKG & UKG students brought the glimpse of ‘Super Heroes for the Avengers’ on the stage. Super highlight of the event was a heartwarming performance by the students and their mothers from-Pre Nursery to LKG who stunned the audience by their synchronised dance on the song ‘Dil hai Chota Sa’. Diversity of Indian Culture was depicted by classes 5th & 6th in the event ‘Incredible India’. Dance by specialist students from class 8th in the glow of UV lights attracted everybody's attention; foot-tapping ceaseless ecstasy by classes 1st & 2nd was displayed to connect the Bollywood to Hollywood; indomitable MVEANS from class 4th shared physical fitness mantra through sports, yoga and self defence; ingenious artists of the school created a speed painting by their group performance in a thrilling speed. Music studio presented a fusion of Dogri, Sanskrit, Classical & Western music which was followed by message on cleanliness by class 3rd; grand finale of the presentation was a ‘Tribute to Sidhu Moosewala’ by classes 9th & 11th by their ‘Bhangra Dominion’.

School Principal, presented the Annual Report and shared achievements and successes in academics and co-curricular activities. Special felicitation ceremony was organized to felicitate fourteen (14) passed out students who have taken up admission in IITs, BITS Pillani, AIIMS, Delhi University and Honours/Integrated courses after clearing the prestigious entrance exams for higher studies. Another set of twenty (20) achievers of International / National level sports and co-curricular activities were felicitated during the ceremony. The Maestros House lifted Rolling Trophy for being the Best House in CCA and The Victors Best House won the Rolling Trophy for being the Best House in Sports for the session 2022-23.

Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour gave away the prizes to the meritorious performers. Dr. Ravi Shanker Sharma in his address complimented the school for putting up such a spectacular show, he made a special mention of the mother’s dance performance which they presented along with their children. He expressed his satisfaction over the cultural diversity presented by the students during the program. He added that the program was a display of the holistic development that every school system should provide, he lauded the school management for setting up a fine institution in his own home town Samba. Guest of Honour Sh. Sh. Keshav Dutt Sharma appreciated the efforts of MVEANS for grand display of skills and praised the school for extraordinary work that they are doing to raise the education standard of Samba district, he thanked the parents for coming in large numbers

*मार्गशीर्ष मासिक शिवरात्री व्रत 22 नवंबर मंगलवार को :- महंत रोहित शास्त्री ज्योतिषाचार्य।*

*अपनी राशि के अनुसार शिव पूजा,दान एवं मंत्र जाप करें*

*शिव की आराधना इच्छा-शक्ति को मजबूत करती है और अन्तःकरण में अदम्य साहस व दृढ़ता का संचार करती है।*

जम्मू कश्मीर : ज्योतिष शास्त्र के दृष्टिकोण से चतुर्दशी तिथि के स्वामी भगवान भोलेनाथ अर्थात स्वयं शिव ही हैं और हर माह की कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्दशी तिथि के दिन मासिक शिवरात्रि मनाई जाती है,मार्गशीर्ष मासिक शिवरात्रि पर्व के विषय में श्री कैलख ज्योतिष एवं वैदिक संस्थान ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष (ज्योतिषाचार्य) महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने बताया कि मार्गशीर्ष मासिक शिवरात्रि 22 नवंबर मंगलवार को मनाई जाएगी, इस दिन सुबह से ही शिव मंदिरों में शिव भक्त जुटने लगते है।

विधिपूर्वक व्रत रखने पर गंगाजल, दूध, दही, घी, शहद, फूल, शुद्ध वस्त्र, बिल्व पत्र, धूप, दीप, नैवेध, चंदन का लेप, ऋतुफल , आक धतूरे के पुष्प, चावल आदि डालकर शिवलिंग को अर्पित किये जाते है।

मास शिवरात्रि के दिन शिवपूजन शिवपुराण,रुद्राभिषेक,शिव कथा, शिव स्तोत्रों व "ॐ नम: शिवाय" का पाठ करते हुए रात्रि जागरण करने से अश्वमेघ यज्ञ के समान फल प्राप्त होता हैं और शिवरात्रि का व्रत करने से मोक्ष की प्राप्ति होती है । शिव पूजा सभी पापों का क्षय करने वाली है।

महिलाओं के लिए शिवरात्रि का विशेष महत्व है। अविवाहित महिलाएं भगवान शिव से प्रार्थना करती हैं कि उन्हें उनके जैसा ही पति मिले। वहीं विवाहित महिलाएं अपने पति और परिवार के लिए मंगल कामना करती हैं।

मासिक शिवरात्री के व्रत को रखने वालों को उपवास के पूरे दिन भगवान शिव शंकर का ध्यान करना चाहिए। प्रात: स्नान करने के बाद भस्म का तिलक कर रुद्राक्ष की माला धारण की जाती है।

*अगर शिव मंदिर में पूजन,जाप करना संभव न हों, तो घर में, किसी शान्त स्थान पर जाकर पूजन, जाप किया जा सकता हैं।*

शिव की अराधना इच्छा-शक्ति को मजबूत करती है और अन्तःकरण में अदम्य साहस व दृढ़ता का संचार करती है।

इस बात का खास ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि भोलेनाथ पर चढ़ाया गया प्रसाद न खाएं,अगर शिव की मूर्ति के पास शालीग्राम हो,तो प्रसाद खाने में कोई दोष नहीं होता।

*राशि अनुसार शिव पूजा* :-

शिवरात्रि, प्रतिदिन या प्रत्येक सोमवार को करने से समस्त शिव भक्तो को उत्तम लाभ और संतोष की प्राप्ति होगी ।

*मेष राशि*

मेष राशि के शिव भक्त के जल में गुड़,गन्ने का रस अथवा शहद मिलाकर भोले का अभिषेक करें , अभिषेक के बाद लाल चंदन से शिवलिंग पर तिलक करें और लाल चंदन से यथासंभव बेलपत्र पर ॐ नमः शिवाय लिख कर बेलपत्र शिव को अर्पित करें साथ में लाल पुष्प भी और ॐ नमः शिवाय का जप करें 11 ब्राह्मणों को शिवपुराण दान दे।
*वृष राशि*

वृष राशि - इस राशि के शिव भक्त गाय के दूध ,दही से शिव का अभिषेक करें,इसके अलावा भगवान शिव जी को चावल, सफेद चंदन, सफेद आक,सफेद वस्त्र
और चमेली फूल भी चढ़ाने चाहिए और महामृत्युंजय मंत्र का जप करें। वेदपाठी 11 ब्राह्मणों को रूद्राक्ष माला दान करें।

*मिथुन राशि*

मिथुन राशि -इस राशि के शिव भक्त भगवान शिव को गन्ने के रस से रुद्राभिषेक करें,भगवान शिव को बेल पत्र शमी पत्र के अलावा साबुत हरे मूंग,भाँग, दूर्वा और कुश भी अर्पित करें।इस राशि के शिव भक्त शिव चालीसा का पाठ करें एवं 11शिव चालीसा शिव मंदिर में चढ़ाये।

*कर्क राशि*

कर्क राशि के शिव भक्त भोलेनाथ शिव का दूध, दही और देसी घी से अभिषेक करें और सफेद चन्दन से तिलक लगाते हुए साबुत अक्षत,सफेद गुलाब का फूल और शंखपुष्पी भी चढ़ावें। शिवाष्टक के 11 पाठ करें साथ में शिव भक्तों को सफेद वस्त्र दान करें।

*सिंह राशि*

सिंह राशि के शिव भक्त जल में गुड़,लाल चंदन और शहद डाल कर भगवान शिव का अभिषेक करें।लाल पुष्प, लाल चंदन का तिलक भगवान शिव को लगाये। गुड़ और चावल से बनी खीर शिव मंदिर में प्रसाद बांट दें,शिव महिम्न स्तोत्र के पाठ करें। कमलगट्टे की 11 माला दान करें।

*कन्या राशि*

कन्या राशि के शिव भक्तों को गन्ने के रस से रुद्राभिषेक करें,भोलेनाथ जी को पान बेल पत्र, धतूरा, भांग एवं दुर्वा चढ़ाएं।शिव पुराण की कथा का वाचन करे या सुने।

*तुला राशि*

तुला राशि के शिव भक्त चमेली के तेल,दही, ईत्र, घी, दूध से शिव का अभिषेक करें,सफेद चंदन का तिलक लगाएं, सफेद वस्त्र दान करें मिश्री और खीर का प्रसाद भगवान शिव जी को चढ़ाएं एवं शिव मंदिर में दान करें,शिवतांडव स्तोत्र का पाठ करें।

*वृश्चिक राशि*

वृश्चिक राशि के शिव भक्त जल में गुड़़,लाल चंदन और शहद मिलाकर और पंचामृत से भगवान शिव का अभिषेक करें,केसर एवं लाल पुष्प भगवान शिव को अर्पित करें, लाल हलवे का भोग लगाएं एवं दान करें। भगवान शिव के 1000 नामों का स्मरण रहे।

*धनु राशि*

धनु राशि के शिव भक्त दूध में केसर, हल्दी एवं शहद मिलाकर भगवान शिव का अभिषेक करे।केसर,पीले चन्दन का तिलक लगाते हुए पीले गेंदे के फूलो की माला अर्पित करें। शिवमंदिर में पीले रंग के वस्त्र दान करें। शिव पंचाक्षर स्त्रोत का पाठ करें।

*मकर राशि*

मकर राशि के शिव भक्त के जल में दूध या गेहूं मिला कर शिव पर अर्पित करें,तिल के तेल नीले पुष्प भोले नाथ जी को अर्पित करें, शिव मंदिर में नीले वस्त्र दान करें,भगवान शिव के 108 नामों का स्मरण करें।

*कुम्भ राशि*

कुम्भ राशि के शिव भक्त नारियल के पानी या तिल के तेल से रुद्राभिषेक करें,शमी वृक्ष के पुष्प भगवान शिव को अर्पित करे,शिवाष्टक का पाठ करें।

*मीन राशि*

मीन राशि के शिव भक्त केसर मिश्रित जल से जलाभिषेक करना चाहिए। शिव जी की पूजा पंचामृत, दही, दूध और पीले पुष्प से करनी चाहिए। ॐ नमः शिवाय का जाप करे। शिव चालीसा का पाठ करना भी शुभ रहेगा।

To commemorate the 553rd birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev ji, MV International School organized Samaagam at School where the Raagi Jathaa S. Pradeep Singh and S. Gurdeep Singh from Singh Sabah Gurudwara visited the school and performed Kirtan and contemplate the precepts and preaching of Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji, paying tribute to Shri GuruNanak Dev ji. Students and staff members attentively listen the preachings and also participated in Prasad sewa.

नड ब्लाक की पंचायत मनानू के गांव बलोड में सरपंच सुनील चौधरी ने सड़क का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर बी डी ओ नड मलिका रैना भी उपस्थित थीं। लगभग 5 लाख की लागत से तारकोल डालकर सड़क बनाई गई है। इस अवसर पर सरपंच सुनील चौधरी ने कहा कि गांव बलोड में इस मोहल्ले के लोग पिछले कई वर्षों से सड़क बनाने की मांग कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि आज इस सड़क के बनने से लोगों को काफी फायदा होगा। सरपंच सुनील चौधरी ने डी सी अनुराधा गुप्ता, ए सी डी सिदारथ दिमन, बी डी ओ मलिका का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा कि जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से यह काम हुआ है। इस अवसर पर पंचायत के काफी संख्या में लोग उपस्थित थे।

*MENTALLY UNSTABLE LADY REUNITES WITH FAMILY BY SAMBA POLICE*

*SAMBA, 27th March, 2022:*

Samba Police today reuited a mentally unstable lady hailing from district Kathua with her family at PS Bari Brahmana.

A Police party of PS Bari Brahmana while performing patrolling duty in its jurisdictional area, noticed a lady who is mentally upset and wandering around Rattan Palace, Bari Brahmana on Bisnah road.

On questioning about her whereabouts, the said lady hardly divulge her name as Rano Devi, a resident of Haria Chak, Hiranagar, district Kathua.

On this, SHO PS Bari Brahmana under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana after hectic efforts succeeded in tracing her whereabouts and made contact with her family members.


Today the said lady has been handed over to her husband namely Kartar Chand S/o Munshi Ram R/o Haria Chak, Tehsil Hiranagar, District Kathua at Police Station Bari Brahmana after completing all legal formalities.

The family members expressed their gratitude towards Samba Police for reuniting their family member.

यह बस कल शाम को 5:00 बजे प्रतिदिन बिलावर बस अड्डे से चलेगी और वापसी में दिल्ली से सीधा बिलावर आएगी!

इस बस के चलने से हमारे दूरदराज पहाड़ी क्षेत्र के कामगार लोग जो दिल्ली में और देश के अन्य राज्यों में काम के लिए जाते हैं उनको इससे काफी सुविधा मिलेगी!

आखिर सुम्ब वालों ने सरकार का क्या बिगाड़ा है जो हर बार सुम्ब ब्लॉक को नज़रअंदाज कर दिया जाता है!
सरकार और एलजी प्रशासन के लिए ये बेहद शर्मनाक है।
साम्बा जिले को 3 एम्बुलेंस सरकार द्वारा दी गई थी जिसमे से एक साम्बा दूसरी नड को दी गई। पर शर्म की बात ये है कि हमेशा की तरह इस बार भी सुम्ब ब्लॉक को नज़रअंदाज कर दिया गया।
क्या कोई नेता या प्रशाशनिक अधिकारी बता सकता है कि आखिर ऐसा क्यों??
क्या पिछड़ा और दूर दराज होने की सजा सुम्ब ब्लॉक को दी जा रही है?
याँ फिर सुम्ब ब्लॉक के नाम पर सरकार या प्रशासन लगातार घपले कर रहे हैं?

Police busted Vehicle lifting Gang at Bathindi

Bathindi Police busted a vehicles lifting Gang with the arrest of Two thieves along with 06 stolen two_wheelers .
According to Senior superintendent of (SSP) Jammu Chandan Kohli on 12 December 2021 a complaint lodged by Shaheen Akhtar W/O Karmat Hussian R/O. Dougian Bathindi theft of her scooty bearing registration No JK11 E 6572 and complaint lodged by Ankush Bhagat S/O Sukdev Raj R/O Permandal Samba. Theft of his Motercycle bearing registration No JK02CF- 8427. According over the complaints a cases under FIR No. 238/21 U/S 457/380/IPC and FIR No. 41/22 U/S 379/IPC was registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started SSP said adding that a work out of the case a team from Police Post Bathindi led by incharge Police Post Bathindi PSI Mohd Ilyas Under the supervision of SHO Bahu Fort inspector Nayat Ali, SDPO East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari, and SP South Deepak Dogra . The team with the help of CCTV cameras footages and technical data finally arrested the thief who was identified as Tofal Hussian S/O Mohammad Sharief of Ganjote Mahore District Reasi and Saquib Nazir S/O Nazir Ahmed of Malwath Banihal District Ramban was arrested SSP Chandan Kohli said adding that on the disclosure of arrested persons six stolen two- wheelers were recovered. Further questioning of the arrested persons is going on ascertain their involvement in other theft cases.

MVD Kathua challans 12 violators

Kathua: Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) Kathua today challaned 12 vehicle under different offences of motor vehicle act and is expected to realize Rs 3, Lakh as fine. A team of MVD RTO Lakhanpur Sunil Kumar, Inspector of MVD Surinder Kumar along with staff conducted checking on the national highway and Dayalachak- Billawar road in which total 45 vehicles were screened for various violations of MV Act.
