He also serves as Director on Board and mentors his team to drive business across verticals.With more than 25 years production experience spanning WHITE LIGHT MOVING IMAGES, GENESIS in his early years, PINTU joined UTV in its early days and maanged to direct & produce shows for ZEE TV in their preliminary years of SATELLITE CHANNEL advent in India. Credited to head production of more than 45 shows

in span of 6 years, he eventually quit UTV to launch FILM FARM in 1999. RUPALI GUHA, Pintu's better half and Director on board is chief creative head behind UTTARAN for Colors that has completed more than 1500 episodes airing recently. Rupali is credited for conceptualising new shows ever since FILM FARM's entry into hindi software. She also directed AAMRAS, a coming of an age hindi thriller & a recently completed PORICHOY, a bengali thriller which is due for release. ANIRUDH BAGCHI, has more than 15 years experience with reputed companies like RED ICE, CASTA DIVA across Europe & Middle East. Currently he heads AD FILMS PRODUCTION. NAMITA VARTAK, is a seasoned CREATIVE HEAD of MARATHI- Fiction. Key team member behind daily shows like ASAVA SUNDAR SWAPNANCHA BANGLA & Sept 2014 launched KAA RE DURAVA. She served as CREATIVE PRODUCER on board with PINTU GUHA on FILMFARM's 1st MARATHI FEATURE, NARBACHI WADI in 2013 which garnered huge appaluse in all state & national level regional cinemas including PIFF & JAGRAN FILM FESTIVAL. SABA RITESH SHAH, is a new entrant to FILM FARM family as CREATIVE HEAD - Hindi Fiction. She has rich experience in handling & creating new shows for GEC Channels. Wih Saba on board, FILMFARM is geared to launch more fiction shows across various GEC channels to expand our footprint & taste new genres. DEVIDAS RAO recently joined as Head- Business Strategy. With more than 15 years experience of AD Agencies like Ogilvy, Lowe Lintas, McCann & Publicis. His last 3 year stint was heading private brands business -consumer strategy & business planning for Future Group. Currently, he spearheads Marketing, PR, Business Development & Partnership with other companies for brand extension of FILM FARM. Currently,he is driving all 3 divisions to resurrect FILM FARM brand in the crowded Entertainment market in India.
