22.12.2022 मा कालिम्पोङ पुलिसले कञ्चन मेडिकल नजिकै बगधाराका कुमार दर्जी र प्रिन्टम रोडका किमत सिंहलाई पक्राउ गरी ठूलो परिमाणमा प्रतिबन्धित लागुऔषध बरामद गरेको थियो।दुवैलाई पक्राउ गरी अदालतमा पेश गरिएको थियो।
घटनामा थानादरास्थित साई मेडिकल स्टोर संलग्न रहेको पाइएको थियो। कालिम्पोङ पुलिसले निरन्तर पछ्याउँदै यो मेडिकल पसललाई सम्बन्धित निकायले लाइसेन्स निलम्बन पछि बन्द गरको छ ।

लागूऔषधको अवैध व्यापारमा संलग्न नहुन सबै मेडिकल पसल मालिकहरूलाई सचेत गराइएको छ।

On 22.12.2022 acting on information from public, Kalimpong police detained one person namely KUMAR DARJEE of Bagdhara, near Kanchan Medical and recovered huge quantity of banned narcotics drugs.
On further examination the team was led to another person namely KIMAT SINGH of Printam Road and during raid in his residence more banned narcotics was seized from his possession.

Both were arrested and produced before court.
SAI MEDICAL STORE at Thanadara was found to be involved in the case. After continuous pursuance by Kalimpong Police the medical shop licence has been suspended by the concerned authorities and the shop closed down.

All medical shop owners are warned not to engage in illicit trade of narcotic drugs.
