APPREHENDED ONE NOTORIOUS ROWDY SHEETER MOHD KHAISER @ CHOR KHAISER OF HABEEB NAGAR POLICE STATION
The sleuths of Habeeb Nagar Police, Asifnagar Division, South West Zone, Hyderabad arrested one notorious Rowdy Sheeter Mohd Khaiser @ Khaiser @ Chor Khaiser @ Pahelwan Khaiser @ Mallepally Khaiser s/o Mohd Nabi age 54 yrs occ Partner in Kohinoor Family Dhaba, Zaheerabad, Sangareddy r/o H.No 5-6-419, beside Yousufain Dargah, Nampally, Hyd who is involved in Extortion case in Cr No 295/2023 U/s 384, 506, 120-(b) IPC of PS Habeeb Nagar.
Facts of the case:-
Sri V.Bhanu Prakash Reddy, SI of Police P.S. Habeeb Nagar P.S. received credible information on 24-10-2023 from Sri Vanarasi Yadagiri, a resident of Gudimalkapur, Hyd, approached Mohd Khaiser to eliminate his rivals who are involved in the murder case of his own brother Vanarasi Raju, in 2016 in Golconda Police Station limits vide Cr No 336/2016 U/s 302 r/w 34 IPC. The said Mohd Khaiser accepted the proposal for which Mr Yadagiri sent the photographs of the rival individuals to Mohd Khaiser, who then demanded Rs 2 lakhs to carry out the task with his associates and collected the amount of Rs 2 Lakhs from Mr Yadagiri at Al-Madina Hotel, Habeeb Nagar, Hyd. But the said Mohd Khaiser failed to execute the task and postponed the same on the pretext of one and other. Later Mr Yadagiri requested Mohd Khaiser to return his money. Subsequently, Mohd Khaiser started threatening Mr.Yadagiri to pay Rs 4 lakhs, stating that he would eliminate him if he failed to comply. Due to fear, the said Mr. Yadagiri paid Rs 2 lakhs at Sun City and an additional Rs 1.5 Lakhs at Tabanda Hotel and recently, in 2021 and 2022, on continuing threatening by Mohd Khaiser over phone, Mr Yadagiri paid Rs 20,000, Rs 15,000, and Rs 15,000 at different intervals and finally he requested you to take the necessary action against Mohd Khaiser for his extortions, criminal conspiracy to commit murder (Supari) and threatening.
Modus Operandi:-
His M.O. is threatening the innocent persons and extort money from them on point of knife, taking supari to commit murder, land grabbing, settlements etc. The above said rowdy sheeter started his criminal activities with pocket picking and committing theft. Later in the year 1995 he assassinated one Afzal at Toddy compound, Goodshed, Nampally, Hyd, along with his friend Aqeel due to his personal grudge. After release from jail on bail he formed a gang and started threatening innocent persons, involved in as many as 22 criminal cases, land grabbing, land settlements, etc, and earned around 100 crores illegally. Due to his criminal activities, Externment orders were issued in the year 2011. After completing one year externment period, he returned to Hyderabad and again started his criminal activities, due to which he was detained under P.D.Act in the year 2014 and lodged in Cherlapally Prisons.

Apprehension:
The Rowdy sheeter Mohd Khaiser apprehended and produced before the Hon’ble Court today i.e, on 26.10.2023 and he was sent to judicial remand and presently he is lodged in Cherlapally Prisons.
An appeal to the general public not to fear with the above said Rowdy Sheeter Mohd Khaiser and lodge a complaint through personally or anonymously through Hawkeye, or Hyderabad City Police Whatapps for initiating necessary action against him as per law.
