As a professional who values integrity, equality, and respect, I find this situation deeply troubling. Whether it's compromising photographs, compromising personal information, or compromising their own self-worth, these women face an impossible choice: acquiesce or risk losing career opportunities.
It erodes trust in professional networks, perpetuates gender inequality, and damages the reputation of organizations associated with such predators. Moreover, it perpetuates harmful stereotypes and reinforces the notion that women must sacrifice their dignity to succeed in their careers.
