देहरादून के गाँव जो नगर निगम की सीमा बाहर हैं । ये बात सर्वव्यापी है की वहाँ पर मकानो और दुकानो के नक़्शे MDDA द्वारा नहीं पास होते , नक़्शों को दस समस्यायें बता कर reject कर दिया जाता है ।

पहले से ही ये परम्परा रहा है की ग्रामीण घरों के नक़्शों को प्रधान ही पास करता है ।

इस बात का अनुचित लाभ प्रॉपर्टी डीलर उठाते है ।

कुछ रुपए देकर MDDA में एक कोई भी काल्पनिक नाम से कम्प्लेंट डाल दि जाती है , और ग्रामीण व्यक्ति तारिक दर तारिक बिना किसी उपाए के परेशान रहता है ।

क़ानूनी कार्यवाही के डर दिखाकर कितनी बार प्रॉपर्टी सस्ते में हासिल भी कर ली जाती है । या फिर लोगों को घूस खाने के एक आसान तरीक़ा मिल जाता है ।

कानूनो के आभाव में ग्रामीण परेशान रहता है । देहरादून के सभी गावों में ये एक समस्या है मगर डर के मारे कोई बोलना नहीं चाहता ना जाने क़ानून की मार कितनी बड़ी हो जाए ।

On one Hand Uttarakhand Goverment is promoting self Employment on the other hand MDDA is sealing approved Homestay in village citing “no map” even though property is old and located in village. Tourist loosing faith in Dev bhoomi. Al bookings had to be cancelled. Uttarakhand . Please share so that it reaches chieg minister Dhami. The owner is 70 year old Ex -Army personnel
