.se.pyaar During summers, I just miss having icecream from my favourite icecream parlour "Pawan Ice-cream" in my hometown, Jammu. It reminds of the fondest childhood memories when I used to visit my grandparents during my school summer vacations for whole of June.

.se.pyaar I ordered this beautiful "Anniversary theme" Butterscotch flavoured cake for my parents' 25th Anniversary from Batter Bar. It is a home bakery based in Chandigarh and run by Abhinav Sundra, a professional pastry chef from The French Pastry School, Chicago.
It was a 1kg fully customised cake. The bread was super soft and fluffy and the frosting was absolutely fresh and creamy, decorated with real roses and initials of my parents' names in fondant. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it to be❤️❤️. All in all, it was a perfectly balanced cake in terms of sweetness; and bread and cream combination.
