We started with a deep market research to find relevant angles, values and client motivations, and crafted content that keeps riseup’s values of simplicity, self-management, and kindness, while presenting new points and ways to expose riseup's revolutionary service and benefits.

On the design side of things,
We took riseup’s root branding language & content and created our own concept on it, drawing inspiration from the sun and making it the center of our presentation.
We then brought the page to life with a smooth and satisfying UX, animations and Paralexes to give the page a modern 2022 Look & Feel.

What should your business do if your Facebook account is being HACKED? 🤔
Are you the newest member of the ever-growing "Facebook phishing victims" family?

Here's what you should do:

❄️ KEEP YOUR COOL ❄️
Panic won't help you now, in fact, the hackers are counting on it!
The longer you lose your s*** (💩) instead of taking action, the longer they have to waste your ad account's budget for their devious mischief.
Take a deep breath, you're about to go on a ride (it's a real rollercoaster! 🎢)

🔎 ASSESS THE DAMAGE 🔎
🔹 Do you still have access to your personal account?
🔸 Did they post anything illegal on your personal feed to try and get you banned from the platform? (If so, delete it ASAP).
🔹 Did they get into your business manager?
🔸 Does your user still have admin permissions? In most cases, the hackers would invite another user to your business manager, make it the new owner & admin, and then downgrade all the existing users in your business to a mere "employee" access. This means you can not manage the users on the account, and can't access your assets (ad accounts, pages, etc) if they revoked your user's access to them.
🔹 Did they get into your ad account? If you still have access, have they created any new campaigns in it? Are the ads about illegal activities or topics that are against Facebook's advertising policy? (https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads)
🔸 Are they currently spending any budget using your ad account? Don't worry about the money, you'll probably be refunded by Facebook when this situation is cleared up.

⚡ TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION WHILE YOU STILL CAN ⚡
🔹 Delete any posts they might have published on your business page or personal feed.
🔸 If you're still the business manager admin, you can remove their new user (although it's not likely).
🔹 Turn off any ads they might be running. In our experience, it's probably best to turn off their ADS and not the campaigns / ad groups. This might buy you some time since they will probably not notice this at first glance.
🔸 Change your password and set up two-factor authentication: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security
🔹 In the same tab, go to the "Where You're Logged In" section and remove any suspicious devices.

☎️ REACH OUT TO FACEBOOK ☎️
🔹 Use Facebook Business Support (https://www.facebook.com/facebookadsupport) to reach out to a support representative using your preferred method (chat is the quickest and easiest way).
🔸 While you're explaining what happened to the support representative, be calm and explain what's happening in a coherent, chronological and organized fashion (not in a million frantic messages, we know how stressful it could be).
🔹 Be sure to convey the urgency of the matter, and the fact that it's happening to you as you speak.
🔸 Be kind and patient with the representatives, they're the only ones who can help you.
🔹 If the hackers posted any illegal or restricted subjects in your personal feed or ad account, make sure to explain that. The media spend can be refunded, it's the ability of your business to continue advertising on Facebook and Instagram you should be worried about.
🔸 Be sure to provide the representative with informative screenshots. For example, if you're no longer the business manager's owner / admin, you probably can't see any other users in your business manager's settings. In that case, hop over to the "Business Info" menu at the bottom, go to the bottom of the page, and you'll be able to see who is the new owner of your business. This is probably a fake name, nevertheless, send a screenshot of it.
🔹 Do you remember when and how they scammed you into giving them your login details? Was it via a clever and well-disguised email that was sent from "Facebook"? Tell the representative about it as well.
🔸 Provide the representative with the affected assets IDs (Your business manager's ID number, your ad account number, a link to your personal account, etc...)
🔹 The representative will probably have Facebook's security team to take care of this situation. Make sure you ask for a reference number of this conversation and provide your email address (a working one!) for further communications.

🔒 BUT WAIT, I'M ALREADY BLOCKED! 🔒
If you're logged out of your account, or it's already blocked, you probably can't do anything we talked about at the moment.
You have two ways of going about it:

Contact Facebook's support using this web page: https://www.facebook.com/help, and try to provide them with all of the information above.

OR, reach out to your digital agency (if you're lucky enough to have one) and explain to them what happened (even better, refer them to this post!)

There are 2 ways for a digital agency to get access to your business manager:

1️⃣ If they joined your business manager as users - they can't do much about it since they probably were downgraded to an "employee" access in your business manager as well.

2️⃣ If they were smart enough to join your business manager using a partner access - there's a good chance they still have access to your ad account, since most hackers are still not aware of this feature. Instruct your agency to turn off the hacker's ads, or DELETE THEM ENTIRELY from the account if they go against Facebook's advertising policy.

In either way, they should still reach out to Facebook Business Support (https://www.facebook.com/facebookadsupport) and try to sort it out for you.

מה זה ״צביעת קהלים״ ולמה זה הדבר הכי חשוב לעשות בעסק שלך, כבר אתמול❗

נתחיל בשאלה - למה נכון להיום עולם השיווק הדיגיטלי הוא סגנון השיווק המוכר והחזק ביותר?
הסיבה היא שהשיווק הדיגיטלי מציע לנו אפשרויות ששיווק "ישן" בחיים לא היה יכול לתת לנו,
בראש ובראשונה - אנחנו יודעים הרבה (הרבה הרבה הרבה יותר) על מה שהלקוחות שלנו עושים.

דמיינו מצב שבכל חנות היו משקיעים כחצי מיליון שקלים ומתקינים מערכת מצלמות חכמה שעוקבות אחרי העיניים של הלקוח, בוחנות על איזה מוצרים הוא הסתכל יותר ועל איזה פחות, כמה זמן שהה בחנות, כמה פעמים נכנס עד שקנה מוצר ואפילו כמה פעמים הוא גירד בראש, לקחת את כלל המידע הזה ולהציג תובנות לבעל העסק.
מערכת כזאת הייתה יכולה לספק לחנות מידע חשוב על מה הלקוחות שלה רוצים, מה הם מחפשים ומה מושך אותם ולאפשר לבעל העסק לקבל החלטות עסקיות טובות יותר.

"צביעת קהלים" עוסקת בדיוק בזה - בלי להוציא חצי מיליון שקלים ובלי להתקין מצלמות מעקב בעסק.

בעזרת צביעת קהל איכותית, תוכלו לפנות אליהם בפרסום ממוקד וישיר המבוסס על היסטוריית הפעולות שלהם באתר, ולהוציא תוכן פרסומי שרלוונטי רק ללקוחות שלכם.

בשורה התחתונה - כשאתם בוחרים לא לשים פיקסל באתר שלכם, אתם בוחרים לשרוף את הכסף שלכם ולזרוק את האפר שלו לפח. 💸🔥
תחשבו על זה, אתם שילמתם על משתמשים שיכנסו לאתר שלכם, ואז לא עשיתם שום דבר עם המידע שלהם.
במילים אחרות: כל מי שנכנס לאתר שלכם ולא עשה את הפעולה שרציתם שיעשה, אבד בשבילכם לנצח, למרות שכבר היה בחצי הדרך לשם.
