What a fantastic day with Shane Flynn and the Recode team down in Mullingar.

We immersed ourselves in Shane Flynn’s innovative therapy, combining mental, emotional, and physical wellness. From HRV testing and brain analysis, microcurrent therapy, molecular hydrogen therapy, sauna treatment and much more. It was a day of discovery and relaxation for our team.

Big thanks to Shane Flynn for having us down, we are proud to be marketing partners of Recode and have worked extensively with him and his team over the past number of years.

ZOMA’s fight in the 5s Tournament was a story of resilience, tactical tweaks, and a touch of Brazilian magic 🇧🇷

Ruled out through injury, Glen ‘Simeone’ Stewart took the managerial reigns for the tournament. If Gareth Southgate feels under pressure, you can only imagine what Glen was going through when he saw his side mauled 4-0 in the opening match. Not even Euan ‘Vinny Jones’ Matthews hatching their best player could stop the onslaught. Registering just 19% possession, it was not the start many had hoped for.

With some fans holding up “Stewart Out” banners as the second game kicked off, the pressure was on. A bold move saw David Kieran step out of goals and into centre-mid. A dubious early penalty decision went against ZOMA, and we found ourselves 1-0 down in the opening stages. Richie let the referee know his disagreement with the penalty decision for the rest of the afternoon. However, a driving run from the middle of the park saw Niall Rowlando presented with a gap in their defence and he thumped home the equaliser much to the delight of the people of Newry. The game finished 1-1.

ZOMA needed to win their final group match to secure progression. It took some Brazilian magic though to break the deadlock, as Felipe dropped his shoulder in the box and coolly slotted past the keeper, doing his iconic celebration. 🤙🏼 The game finished 1-0.

ZOMA vs was the next match. Glen’s deployment of Peter ‘Makélélé’ Farrelly as a shield in front of David in nets supported by Jack ‘Cancelo’ O’Connor as wingback meant STATSports were repelled for large periods of the game. A crunching tackle/MMA move by Chris in the corner spiced the game up towards the end, but it was to be penalties to decide the game. ZOMA triumphed as Rowland, Felipe and Richie all buried their penalties and Dave pulled off a super stop to seal the win.

Alas the final was one step too far for our lads as they bowed out on penalties in the semi-final. In a thrilling game in normal time, Niall Rowland scored an belter that went in off the back of the goalkeeper. Despite valiant efforts, ZOMA fell just short, leaving some commentators to compare them to Armagh’s penalty woes.

🙌🏼 The ZOMA team was thrilled to meet with Minister of State for Business Emer Higgins in the Town Hall in Dundalk last week.

The Minister was visiting a group of local entrepreneurs, who are building exciting businesses with the fantastic support of the Louth Local Enterprise Office.

During our chat, we had a chance to share our journey, from the creation of ZOMA to our recent launch of munchd. We also discussed our ambitious goals for the next five years, where we aim to take on the big players in the food ordering industry. We hope she enjoyed the ZOMA/munchd goodies we gave her as a token of our appreciation.

Also a shoutout to for taking the lads through their family trees before the event kicked off!

We are delighted to announce that Tim Grover has been appointed as ZOMA Chief Inspiration Officer.

As a former performance coach of elite athletes such as Michael Jordan, Niall Rowland and Kobe Bryant, Tim brings a wealth of experience to our team and will drive relentless growth of our business.

All joking aside, it was fantastic to get chatting to Tim before his brilliant talk yesterday at the Wealth Summit in the RDS. Like Tim, we at ZOMA are relentless in our pursuit of growth not just at a business level but on a personal level. To be in a room with such powerful speakers was a true pleasure and was also a small gesture of appreciation for our hardworking staff.

We also heard from other brilliant speakers on the day such as Gary Neville, P**a O’Connor and David McWilliams. Lots of ideas to ponder.
