What a week that was at Panto, being able to be on stage with my girl Emma means more than she will ever know❤️. Doing 9 shows in 7 days with the absolutely most talented group of people ever was a bucket list thing 100% ticked off the list now. Huge thanks to and for allowing me to be part of this incredible show too. Well done one and all and sure I even did a little dance each night too Well done again to all the, cast you all smashed it and still hearing so much positives things from people who were at it ❤️👏👏👏

Sunday is our 2nd walk folks. First walk was so positive, what a way to start the morning. We had new people meeting walking and talking to each other. Mornings can be cold and hard for people to get going. Use this hour we have to give yourself a break from anything that's sitting in your head. Coukd be work, could be anything as life can sometimes test us to our limits. Please remember this will always be a safe place to come to. I hope we see you Sunday ❤️

Starting Point: Blackthorn Business Park
Time: Meet up from 9am and Start our Walk at 9.30am
Route: Enjoy a scenic walk along the beautiful Navvy Bank
Coffee: Coffee from La Eile available before we set off
This is a chance to connect with others who just want a relaxed chat, a bit of exercise, and some peaceful time outdoors. Bring your phone for emergencies, but let’s keep it in our pockets and make the most of being present with each other.

Hey Guys ! Just to remind you our next Late Night Cafe event is on Monday the 23rd of September at McGeough's Bar & Restaurant from 7.30pm-9.30pm.

If your tailored to alternative socialising away from the mainstream of pubs /niteclubs this event may be for you ! 😉

What to expect ; fun board games, flip chart discussions, anxiety reducing activities (ie, stress ball /other forms of same type), chatting amongst ourselves in a welcoming environment free of judgement, coffees, teas, biscuits.
