The purpose of the stunt was to remind Londoners that Ireland is the true home of Halloween🎃⁠

Tourism Ireland wants to share the story of Halloween and it's roots in Ireland (which go back over 2,000 years), so they decided to send five people dressed in traditional Celtic costumes to highlight the festivity's Irish roots ⁠

The characters visited Londons Millennium Bridge and Westminster to raise awareness of Ireland as a Halloween tourism destination👻
