Watch how we use our DuSense UV Machine to finish our business cards from start to end. First, we print the sheets. Then, they go through the DuSense machine where we apply a special UV resin on chosen parts, like the words "Sooner Than Later," leaving the red parts untouched.

Once that's done, we load the UV-treated sheets into our Aerocrease Business Card machine. It cuts and creases each card precisely, highlighting the raised lettering and glossy finish.

Box assembly and packing for , you would think there isn't that much that goes into every box, but trust us, there's quite a bit of work involved.

the process starts by getting each individual bit of board cut down and printed, after that they have to be assembled and put together as one, with the final step of adding whatever youre looking for inside the box.

an example of "spot UV" on some notebooks we did in house a while back, the process involves adding a raised layer onto specific parts of your prints (think business cards, notebook covers etc) and then letting it harden via our DuSense spot UV machine, which blasts it with UV rays to really make your designs pop. although it is not one of our cheaper processes, it certainly adds a professional touch to your finished work, don't you think?

We are proud to be making steps towards a more sustainable future at Sooner Than Later and continually look for ways to improve our performance. We are happy to share that last year, we balanced out around 11,000 kg of carbon dioxide. That's like keeping 2,200 square metres of endangered rainforests safe & healthy – something we care about, given we are a part of the print industry! We can achieve this through our work with World Land Trust using carbon-balanced paper.
