Introducing Liwu Jewellery

Liwu means gift. The Gift of Symbols. We capture ancient symbols and their messages in silver and gold. A symbol can be a tailsman to carry on your way, a reminder of what matters most. It is an expression of your appreciation or hopes for a dear one. As a gift to yourself or a dear one, each piece speaks the heart. Designed and Made in Ireland by Áine Breen.

FALSE - You do not need to be spending your whole day on social media.

We love social media don’t get us wrong but social media is just ONE PIECE of running a successful e-commerce business. If you focus on social media all day, you’re going to miss out growing your business through other channels.

Running a successful e-commerce business means being able to create a brand on social media but also ensuring your website is optimised for your end users.

Here’s how to avoid spending all day on social media:

Block out time: Set aside 30 minutes - 1 hour of your day for social media engagement and social media management. Reply to all your messages in this time frame, engage on the relevant hashtags and create a post.

Turn off notifications: The constant pinging and screen light up can distract us when we’re focusing on other parts of the business, before you know it you’ve spent another hour scrolling on social media.

Create a content calendar: Set aside time at the start of every month to create a content calendar and create content pieces. This means you don’t have to spend time worrying about content during the month and spending hours on social media to find inspiration.
