Koran Aceh Independen & Terpercaya Pernah menjadi Sekretaris Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Aceh. Lahir di Lhok Pawoh, Manggeng, Aceh Barat Daya, 6 Agustus 1969.

Hamdan Budiman Pemimpin Umum/Redaksi Koran Aceh, sejak Mahasiswa menulis pada Surat Kabar Mingguan Peristiwa, menjadi Wartawan Mimbar Umum Medan, Harian Pelita Jakarta. Lulusan FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala 1991, Jurusan Bahasa dan Seni. Aktif pada organisasi kepemudaan, aktivis LSM, Ketua Yayasan Peuradeun Nanggroe, Presidium Forum LSM Aceh priode 2000 – 2003.
