We had the immense pleasure of photographing an unforgettable culinary journey at Michelin's Masterclass in Zagreb at renowned restaurant Dubravkin Put - Restaurant and Wine Bar! 🍽️📷
Our lenses were focused on 12 selected chefs from Zagreb led by the magnificent Chef Riccardo Gaspari, the creative mind behind the renowned SanBrite in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy. He not only brought exquisite flavors but also a deep commitment to sustainability. 🌿♻️
Sustainability was also at the heart of this masterclass experience as our day began at Zagreb's historic Dolac Market, where we handpicked fresh, local ingredients. It's inspiring to see Chef Gaspari's dedication to sustainable sourcing, ensuring each dish is not only delicious but also environmentally responsible. 🌍🍅
We are honored to have been a part of this gastronomic masterpiece. The photos from this event will surely leave a lasting impression, just as the dishes did on our taste buds. 😍
