- Monthly Salary x 2÷3 x years of Service
- Based on Standard Minimum (4870)

📌 4870 x 2 = 9740 ÷ 3 =3246 × 12 (ex) = HKD 38,960
📌 Take Note: Long Service is considered payable if you already work 5 years onwards in 1 Employer‼️
