Tinola na may tanglad, sahog na miracle vege the so called moringa or malunggay at ampalaya, red rice and sumny side up na dapat sana ay breakfast ko kanina pero nabusy ang driver. Salamat pa rin sa nag ayuda ng malunggay @ bro Francis. Salamat Lord sa masustansyang tanghalian na alam naming ikalulusog ng aming katawan. Salamat sa inyong lahat na sumusubaybay. Pag-ibig ng Diyos nawa’y sumainyong lagi. Let’s have lunch mga kalakbays!

Aray naku ang saklayf naman. Hindi worth it ang bowl of noodles na dinner ko sa ticket na babayaran ko 😭😭😭. Hayan sa opposite lang ng pinagparkingan ko ang binilhan ko ng noodles in just 5 mins. ang bilis nagkatiket. Ako lang ang merin di naman nagkarion ang mga nakahilera sa unahan at likuran ko kaya nakapagtatakang ako lang ang meron😭😭😭waaaaaaa.

Went for a foot massage after my physiotherapy for a pinched nerve on my left leg. I was tkld that my leg muscles were all sore and tight thag is why. It feeks soooo good.After 4 yrs I was back on this place. The wjole 4 yrs of pandemic I did not come, too scared from the covid virus

Sent early my eldest ward to the airport (NT) for UK. Big girl na si panganay kasi doon na siya magaaral. All adults in the family came to send her off. Next nihatid ko si lola sa Maritime Square (West Kowloon) and waiting now to send her home to Saikung (East Kowloon) then go back after to HK side (Pokfulam).
