教育的未來「學習 2.0」由電子學習聯盟 (eLearning Consortium) 全力推動！

Learn.plus的成立目的一如其名字，就是為學習加多一點幫助，透過提供有用的資源及分享，令到電子教學可以運作得更為順暢。平台將會會分為三大範疇，包括介紹最新教學模式的學習2.0、專注電子學習資源的教材內容，以及「學習管理系統」及學校後勤的科技支援。

在推動電子教學進程之上，香港已走在不少城市之前。然而網絡系統技術、教學資源、甚至是教師培訓之上，仍僅是剛剛開始而已。要知道當我們的學習模式，由過去大家熟悉的方法，如從前黑板單向式的教育，改變為透過流動裝置，學生為主導的新世界；是要經過很多知識的建立及分享。新媒體跡象藉着流動應用程式App或社交媒體學習，O2O （網上網下一體化）和UGC（用戶原創內容）正是最好的學習電子學習的方法！
