Francis Lam is one of the founder and director of Visual Liberty. Graduate from University of Technology (Brisbane) and major at film and screen production. He started his videography career in 2012. Besides, he is also invited as award judge and activities lecturer (video and filming)e.g HKJC, HKRSSTPSS, Rehabaid Society, etc. Zepar Chan is one of the founder and director of Visual Liberty. He started his videography career in 2005. Prior to founding Visual Liberty, he worked as a videographer in Hong Kong Tatler.
